There’s just no stopping SPIDER-MAN, as BRAND NEW DAY takes $65 million in its third weekend out, from 4,539 theatres across North America. This takes the Sony Pictures release to $780.8 million.
In second is THE ODYSSEY with $23 million from 3,217 theatres for Universal Pictures, a tally of $504 million in its fifth weekend.
PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE gets third in its debut with $20 million from 3,545 theatres for Paramount/SpinMaster/Elevation Pictures, while garnering 88% on the Tomatometer. Best opening for the Franchise still goes to 2023’s PAW PATROL: THE MIGHTY MOVIE with $22 million.
THE END OF OAK STREET opens in fourth with $19 million from 3,446 theatres, with an 85% on the Tomatometer for Warner Bros.
SIX: THE MUSICAL LIVE takes fifth in its first weekend with $3 million for Focus Features.
SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY continues to pull huge numbers a second week straight with $143 million in its second frame for Sony Pictures. By end of the weekend, it is expected to be make $653 million domestically.
In second is THE ODYSSEY with $28.5 million for Universal Pictures, taking it to $458.1 million in its fourth weekend.
ONE NIGHT ONLY is a distant third with $6 million from 3,012 theatres for Universal Pictures. The Rom-Com starring Monica Barbaro and Callum Turner gets 48% on the Tomatometer.
Disney and Pixar’s TOY STORY 5 gets $4.8 million in its eight weekend, taking it to $470.8 million.
SUPER TROOPERS 3 rounds out the Top Five with $3.8 million from 2,760 theatres for Searchlight Pictures.
SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY debuts huge this weekend with $360 million from 4,487 theatres for Sony Pictures, a second best ever opening for a Marvel film. Previous franchise record for SPIDER-MAN belonged to 2021’s NO WAY HOME, opening with $260 million. All-time best North American opening previously belonged to Marvel‘s AVENGERS: END GAME with $357.1 million. Not only this, it gets 90% on the Tomatometer.
Second best is THE ODYSSEY which ruled for two weeks straight. On any other weekend, this would be a clear-cut #1. It takes $51 million in its third weekend, taking it to $395.5 million for Universal Pictures. That’s Tom Holland and Zendaya in the top two films at the Box Office right now!
Third goes to Disney and Pixar‘s TOY STORY 5 with $6.2 million, a tally of $461.5 million in its seventh weekend.
Fourth is MINIONS & MONSTERS with $5.6 million, a five week total of $168.5 million domestically.
Rounding things out, we have Disney‘s MOANA with $5.3 million, bringing it to $114 million in its fourth frame.

Not much new in the Top Five this weekend, but it’s a huge second weekend for THE ODYSSEY which takes $84.5 million for Universal Pictures, bringing it to $200 million already.
Second goes to Disney’s MOANA with $10 million, crossing the $100 million mark.
Third is Disney and Pixar‘s TOY STORY 5 with $9.4 million, a run of $447 million to date domestically in its sixth frame.
MINIONS & MONSTERS is fourth with $9 million, a run of $154 million for Universal Pictures.
Rounding things out is stage-to-screen production HADESTOWN with $7.5 million from 1,949 theatres for Mongrel Media/Bleecker Street, the only new entry in the Top Five. It gets a perfect 100% on the Tomatometer.
No surprises here, Christopher Nolan‘s THE ODYSSEY is a clear-cut winner at the Box Office this weekend, taking $124 million from 3,919 theatres for Universal Pictures. This is Nolan‘s third biggest domestic opening ever, with 2012’s THE DARK KNIGHT RISES opening with $160.8 million. It gets 95% on the Tomatometer. Review here.
Second goes to MOANA with $18.8 million, taking it to $81.8 million for Disney over two weekends, domestically.
Third is MINIONS & MONSTERS with $14 million, a three week run of $136.7 million for Universal Pictures.
TOY STORY 5 lands in fourth with $13.8 million for Disney, taking it now to $429.9 million over five weekends.
EVIL DEAD BURN caps off the Top Five with $4.8 million for Warner Bros., a total $23.9 million made over two weekends.
