SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY once again dominates at the Box Office, taking $35 million from 4,006 theatres for Sony Pictures. Thus far, bringing it to $845 million domestically.
INSIDIOUS: OUT OF THE FURTHER debuts in second with $23 million at 3,303 theatres for Sony Pictures, It gets 60% on the Tomatometer. Franchise best opening still goes to 2013’s INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 2 opening with $40.2 million. Review here.
THE ODYSSEY continues to go strong with $17.7 million from 3,091 theatres for Universal Pictures, taking it to $532.7 million over six weekends.
Fourth goes to PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE with $9.2 million for Paramount/Spin Master. It has made $35.5 million over two weekends.
THE END OF OAK STREET rounds things out with $8 million, bringing it to $36.9 million for Warner Bros. in its second frame.
