Actress/Singer Jennette McCurdy certainly needs no introduction to Millennials. She has gained millions of Fans worldwide from her work on two popular Teen Series iCarly and its Spinoff Sam & Cat, which had her starring opposite Ariana Grande.
McCurdy is in town currently promoting locally-filmed CityTV and Netflix Mini-Series Between. The Series also produced in part by Elevation Pictures, is set in a town where suddenly people over the age of 21 begin dying. She stars as Wiley Day, a defiant Teen Mom, whom in the ultimate act of rebellion gets pregnant. We’ve seen the first episode and can say McCurdy is quite good in it. You’ll want to know why she’s got a chip on her shoulder

The Mini-Series takes-off rather quickly under the eye of 24 Director Jon Cassar, who filmed Mini-Series The Kennedys here a few summers back.
McCurdy has been on a Press Blitz winning Media over with her approachable manner, Selfie-ing-it-up and after a 6 am start to her Press Day, she still was full of spirit by the time we saw her at Global Television‘s The Morning Show (National Edition), looking great in a white blazer and white animal print pants.
She and her Castmates will be celebrating the Series’ Premiere tonight on CityTV and in other markets on Netflix.

What the World needs is a bit of optimism. Director Brad Bird takes us away to fantastical action-packed journey to a place of infinite possibilities. We meet bright, scientifically-gifted Teen Casey Newton (Britt Robertson), who stumbles one day upon a pin, which upon contact takes her away to a strange new place which co-exists in tandem with reality. The pin stops working and her world unravels. She is driven to find the one Person who can help her get back to Tomorrowland. And that one Person happens to be jaded former Child Genus, Frank Walker (George Clooney). Despite their differences – she an Optimist, he a Pessimist – they find the more they want to uncover about Tomorrowland, the more they find their lives are threatened.
Canadian Actor Matthew MacCaull was in Toronto for a two-day Press Tour in support of what should easily be much the best at the Box Office this weekend. The multi-talented Montreal-born Actor cut his teeth at Dalhousie University out east before entering Show Business fully in the late ’90s. The Killing, Bates Motel, iZombie, Once Upon a Time – the Résumé steadily has been building and just now he received the opportunity of a lifetime, starring as Secret Spy, Dave Clark in Tomorrowland.
We had the pleasure of joining MacCaull on his final Press Day. He tells me that his rise in Hollywood continues to be an “uphill battle” and lets us in on the secretive casting process involved with a project of Tomorrowland‘s magnitude. And like us, he completely was floored by the performance from his young English Co-Star Raffey Cassidy, whom we agree “was impossible to look away from” when she is on-screen. Also, find out what’s next in-store for the striking Star.

After winning the hearts of Moviegoers around the World in 2002 with a whopping $370 million grossed at the Box Office, the time has come to continue a Rom-Com legacy.
It was almost a year ago when we spotted lovely Creator and Star Nia Vardalos and she had confirmed the intention to make this Sequel in our City:
We were beyond thrilled today by chance to meet one of the Film’s Stars, John Corbett, who reprises his role as Ian Miller. Although admittedly, Corbett wasn’t thrilled about being spotted, he was a perfect Gentleman taking a minute to walk back over and clarify the situation. “These guys come right up to our home in California and we’re tired of it”, he says. “I reacted that way because this is my home for the next while”. “It’s my job to protect Bo also”, he says about his stunning Wife, whom we also admire greatly for her work and her support of the Horse Racing industry. I appreciate more than anything his explanation and have so much respect for Corbett, and are glad we had a proper conversation. After explaining himself, we have a better picture where he’s coming from and he was beyond nice to take a Selfie with me after everything. Usually a “no” is a “no”. Anyone who knows me understands how huge a Sex and the City Fan I am and knows how happy this makes me. Aidan is a personal Fave.

Exclusive! We caught wind that Supermodel Kate Moss landed in Toronto this weekend for some rest and relaxation Victoria Day weekend on Friday night. Arriving in sunglasses, the private English Beauty quietly slipped into the City and was spotted in Yorkville Saturday morning enjoying Lox and Cream Cheese on a Bagel on the patio.
Moss was seen later that night at Soho House partying, as she is known for best, but Fans eager to get a Selfie were turned down. A quick Google Search in fact, generates little to no Selfie results – a strong indication of her private ways.
Her Pal and fellow Supermodel Cara Delevingne is said to be back in town for work on Suicide Squad too although Delevingne wasn’t spotted with her at Soho House although we hear they spent some time together.

Moss paid a visit to Izzy Gallery where she currently can be seen on exhibit. See a Snap of her at the Gallery below:
