Synopsis: After the record-breaking global success of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man: Brand New Day marks an entirely new chapter for Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Four years have passed since the events of No Way Home, and Peter is now an adult living entirely alone, having voluntarily erased himself from the lives and memories of those he loves. Crime-fighting in a New York that no longer knows his name, he’s devoted himself entirely to protecting his city — a full-time Spider-Man — but as the demands on him intensify, the pressure sparks a surprising physical evolution that threatens his existence, even as a strange new pattern of crimes gives rise to one of the most powerful threats he has ever faced.

An exciting new lineup of “Rescue-Webs”-inspired toys, including a Symbie Factory Playset from Hasbro, will be available at major retailers later this summer.
“Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends” is produced by Disney Jr. and Marvel Studios in association with Atomic Cartoons. Patrick Stump (“Fall Out Boy”) is the series’ songwriter/composer.
Today, Disney+ released a brand-new trailer, key art and images for Marvel Animation’s upcoming, original series “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.” The 10-episode animated series launches one month from today—January 29, 2025—exclusively on Disney+.
“Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” follows Peter Parker on his way to becoming a hero, with a journey unlike we’ve ever seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots.
The talented voice cast includes Hudson Thames, Colman Domingo, Eugene Byrd, Grace Song, Zeno Robinson, Hugh Dancy and Charlie Cox. The head writer is Jeff Trammell and Mel Zwyer is the supervising director. Brad Winderbaum, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt and Trammell serve as executive producers.
Though this is a set-up for 2024’s SPIDER-MAN: BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE, SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE certainly had big shoes to fill as a follow-up to 2018’s Oscar-winning SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE. And does it ever exceed expectations. It was almost impossible to look away as each frame is packed with so much astonishing detail, that surely a blink results in a miss.
The directing trio of Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson take us spider versus spider in this latest installment as Mile Morales (Shameik Moore) travels across the Multiverse, encountering a team of Spider-People who are tasked with protecting it. He’s faced with realizing his own identity as a superhero, while these Spider-People feud over how to handle an imposing new threat.
SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE is equal parts substance as it is spectacle and the only unfortunate thing about it is that we’re left hanging. But what a cinematic feat this is. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Canada release this Blockbuster, available now on Digital and 4K UHD and BLU-RAY™. Our theatrical review here.
