Marvel draw the queues with two installations. They had a DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN Season Two (streaming March 24, 2026 on Disney+) activation giving fans a chance to pose in a photo op as Vincent D’Onofrio‘s Wilson Fisk, and they also teamed with M&M’s Canada to create awareness about a pop-up coming this May where Toronto Comicon guests got VIP badges to attend. About Maison Veuve Clicquot
Founded in Reims in 1772, Veuve Clicquot still remains true to its motto: “Only one quality, the finest”. In 1805, Madame Clicquot took over the reins of the House and became one of the first businesswomen of modern times. Driven by her unfailing optimism, she was soon named ‘la Grande Dame of Champagne’. Her free spirit, her boldness and her culture of innovation have continued to inspire the House, the footprint of which still radiates throughout the world. Despite hardships, she looked to the future with confidence and won the almost impossible bet for a woman of her time, by revolutionizing the champagne industry. “If in the search of perfection, we must take two steps at a time, I do believe that we should not be content in only taking one.” – Madame Clicquot. The colour yellow – included on its labels since 1877, is also that of the rising sun. An ode to joy and optimism, expressing one of the House’s convictions that each new day offers the promise of new possibilities to build a brighter future.

Today, rising star Nessa Barrett releases her highly anticipated new EP Jesus loves a primadonna — listen HERE. Out now on Warner Records, the eight-song set is an immersive plunge into toxic romance and staggering vulnerability set to a hypnotic mix of noirish rock, trip-hop textures, and deeply haunting vocals. The project arrives alongside the cinematic, dark-fantasy love story music video for “Buffalo 66,” starring The Neighbourhood’s frontman Jesse Rutherford. Watch HERE.
“Jesus loves a primadonna is all about love,” says Nessa of her latest work. “It’s beauty and demise. The villain origin story of every woman who has loved until she cannot love anymore.”
To ring in the EP’s arrival, Nessa is throwing a series of intimate shows — the live unveiling of Jesus loves a primadonna, dress code: “Vamp Romantic” — in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Toronto, though multiple dates have already sold out. Tickets and info HERE. She has also dropped a limited collection of vinyl, CDs, and merch to complement the EP’s gorgeously dark sound. Pre-Order merch HERE.
“Buffalo 66”, named after the 1998 cult film, encapsulates the intoxicating pull of Jesus loves a primadonna from the start. Over dreamy instrumentation, Nessa sings of a romance that blurs seduction with danger. As the music surges with swooning guitars and searing strings, it becomes clear that she can’t find her way out: “Why am I in? Why am I in love? / In love with the one who holds the gun / Why is it we love what’s bad for us? / Why do I pray? God knows I should run / But I go back to us.”
“I wrote ‘Buffalo 66’ after watching one of my favorite films, Buffalo ’66,” Nessa explains. “This song was inspired by the Stockholm syndrome in the film, which, at its core, was something I really related to. ‘Buffalo 66’ reflects on the emotional heartache of being naïve in a toxic relationship — staying when you shouldn’t stay, loving what you shouldn’t love.”
Those themes ring out across Jesus loves a primadonna, which opens with Nessa crossing her heart before diving headfirst into romance on the Western-tinged “West Coast Prayer.” Produced and co-written by her go-to collaborators CJ Baran and Arthur Besna, the EP then travels through the sort of grunge-y, dynamic soundscapes heard on the lead single “High On Heaven” — which likens love to a powerful drug — before ending on “Stay With Me,” a heavy denouement that finds Nessa alone again and coming to grips with the trauma she’s endured.
In January, fans were treated to a powerful live version of “High On Heaven” recorded during her stop at Australia’s triple j radio to participate in their Like A Version covers series. She delivered a brutally spare rendition of Dolly Parton’s “Jolene” and sat for an interview as well.
Nessa also worked with Baran and Besna across her celebrated second album AFTERCARE, which launched a 50-city world tour and boasted a darkened, dance-powered sound heard on standouts like “PASSENGER PRINCESS,” “DIRTY LITTLE SECRET,” “MUSTANG BABY”
featuring Artemas, “DISCO” with Tommy Genesis, deluxe addition “LOVE LOOKS PRETTY ON YOU,” and P*RNSTAR,” which she performed stunningly on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
EUPHORIA. was among those who heaped praise on the “optimistic and decidedly sexy AFTERCARE.” Meanwhile, PAPER Magazine chronicled THE AFTERCARE TOUR’s packed New York City stop, raving, “Fans filled the venue, screaming every lyric back as Barrett delivered a set that balanced raw emotion with the kind of dark-pop edge she’s perfected.” .
AFTERCARE was a major milestone for one of music’s most fascinating emerging voices, capping a banner year in which Nessa fully sold out her church club for the lonely tour, joined Lana Del Rey on stage at Hangout Festival to perform Nessa’s 2023 single “american jesus,” and released her pulse-pounding collaboration with Whethan, “sick of myself.”
After being named to Billboard’s “21 Under 21” list twice — as well as being featured on Forbes’ “Top Creators: Fashion 50,” People Magazine’s “Emerging Artists,” and similar hotly tipped lists from UPROXX, Ones to Watch, and others — she’s amassed nearly 3 billion global streams and over 27 million followers across social networks. With Jesus loves a primadonna, Nessa Barrett delivers an enthralling work that makes it all the more impossible to look away.

GRAMMY® & Emmy Award-winning superstar singer, songwriter, rapper, instrumentalist, and actress Lizzo has released a new track and video, “Don’t Make Me Love U,” — listen HERE. The anthemic ballad, produced by longtime collaborator Ricky Reed & Cheche Alara, kicks off Lizzo’s new musical era.
The video, directed by Tanner K Williams and shot by Bentley Rawle, gives a surreal and visually striking look into a familiar relationship of grappling with your past-self, reflecting and eventually evolving through learning and growth. It’s as cinematic and sincere as it is satirical as told through a cerebral lens of Lizzo and Lizzy, her alter ego.
This much anticipated release comes on the heels of a fully sold-out run of shows at Blue Note Jazz Club’s Los Angeles & New York locations, totalling a run of 12 performances. Variety heralded that “these shows reminded the audience, up close and personal, what a major talent Lizzo is: a top-class singer, an engaging and entertaining performer, and to a degree we haven’t really seen before, a trained, serious musician.” She most recently gave an electrifying performance to a sold-out Houston Rodeo with over 70,000 fans earlier this month.
Lizzo also recently announced the upcoming release of her first ever children’s book Lil Lizzo Meets Sasha B. Flootin’, coming to bookshelves all over on September 8th, 2026. Published by Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers, the story tells the tale of a bubbly little girl who just wants to belong meeting a smart and brassy flute who can’t find her tune, winding up on a wild adventure to places filled with incredible sounds.
About Lizzo:
Lizzo is a four-time GRAMMY® Award–winning, Emmy Award–winning superstar singer, songwriter, rapper, and actress, who has left an indelible and incomparable mark on popular culture. She has garnered numerous accolades, notched two Hot 100 #1 smashes, earned dozens of gold, platinum, and multi-platinum certifications, packed arenas worldwide, and shined in blockbuster films. Lizzo notably made history in 2023 when she emerged as “the first black woman to receive Record of the Year at the GRAMMY® Awards since 1994” for the 2x-platinum “About Damn Time.” Prior, she shook the charts with the Diamond record “Truth Hurts.” It enshrined her as both “the third female rapper to top the Hot 100 without a featured artist” and “the first black solo female R&B singer to claim the top spot since 2012.” It dominated the Hot 100 for seven weeks, becoming “the longest running #1 by a solo female rap artist ever.” Rolling Stone hailed it as one of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. She has appeared on a myriad of television shows, including Saturday Night Live, TODAY, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, CBS Sunday Morning, and more. She also headlined her own Emmy nominated HBO special Lizzo: Live In Concert, capturing her sold-out show at Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Along the way, her presence could be felt at the box office and on streaming networks, spanning roles in The Simpsons and Hustlers in addition to producing and starring in the #1 multi-Emmy Award–Winning, Prime reality TV show: Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls. She started her own shapewear line, Yitty, designed for every type of body. In 2026, she kicked off the year with the announcement of her first ever children’s book, Lil Lizzo Meets Sasha B. Flootin,’ hitting bookshelves this September.
