These new customizable options give Starbucks customers even more ways to make their beverage their own.
🦋The Tropical Butterfly Refresher: New this summer, this eye-catching beverage has a bright flavour fusion of passionfruit and guava with mango-pineapple flavoured pearls for a layered burst of sweetness. A splash of butterfly pea flower infusion adds a vibrant natural purple hue that makes the drink just as beautiful as it is delicious.
💚Cool Lime is back in Canada – and here to stay: After two years of limited appearances, fan-favourite Cool Lime Starbucks Refreshers beverages are back for good, officially earning a permanent spot on the menu thanks to Canadians who never stopped craving its return.
🥭A fruity twist to the lineup: Starbucks is excited to welcome Mango as the newest flavour in-store, and with it comes a variety of new beverage options.
The new Iced Mango Cream Matcha is the latest drink to join the Starbucks matcha menu, pairing matcha powder made from shade-grown, milled green tea with mango-flavoured cold foam for a fruity, creamy finish.
The new Iced Mango Cream Chai pairs the bold, warming spices of a classic Chai Latte with a touch of mango flavour. Topped with creamy mango flavoured cold foam, the drink balances rich chai flavours with a fruity sweetness for a refreshing, layered sip.
🦄The whimsical Unicorn Cake Pop returns alongside the Cookies and Cream Cake Pop, the perfect sweet treats for a summer day.

Starting Monday, April 20, 2026, Starbucks customers across Canada can indulge in a secret menu collection of four character-inspired beverages available for a limited time. From a perfectly precise Latte to an effortlessly cool Chai, these drinks prove that great taste is never accidental.
Here are all the full details:
•Miranda’s Signature Order: A no foam, extra shot, extra hot Caffè Latte made with Non-Fat Milk. Because anything less would prompt…questions.
•Andy’s Cappuccino: An oat beverage Cappuccino with caramel and cinnamon: simple, elevated, and ready to walk the line between who she was and who she’s becoming.
•Nigel’s Go-to Doppio: Gird your loins…A Doppio Espresso Con Panna with mocha is bold and impeccably refined.
•Emily’s Fave Iced Chai: An Iced Chai Latte with almond beverage and caramel: fussy, low sugar, and prepared to be delivered at a “glacial pace”… or preferably not.

With its vibrant hues and delicate tasting notes, the spring menu arrives with new chai, ube and coconut drinks plus the return of lavender favourites.
Going coco-nuts for ube: Starbucks is excited to welcome Ube Coconut as the newest flavour in-store, and with it comes a variety of new beverage options.
The new Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato layers toasted coconut and creamy milk with shots of espresso, served over ice and topped with vibrant ube coconut cream cold foam.
The new Canadian-exclusive Ube Coconut Latte combines rich espresso with steamed milk infused with toasted coconut syrup and ube, creating a naturally purple, velvety smooth beverage that’s the perfect balance of sweet and nutty.
Starbucks new Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew pairs cold brew with toasted coconut cream cold foam, for a flavourful finish.
Available hot or iced, the new Toasted Coconut Latte combines Starbucks signature espresso with toasted coconut-flavoured syrup and milk.
Iced Cherry Chai is back: The Canadian-exclusive Iced Cherry Chai returns to Starbucks for a limited time, offering customers the chance to enjoy the creamy cold foam with notes of cherry on the iconic Chai Latte, made with a new, premium chai recipe.
Lavender is blooming: The customer-favourite flavour returns to Starbucks for a limited time, offering the opportunity to enjoy some subtly floral sips of spring.
The new Iced Lavender Cream Chai joins Starbucks premium chai with milk, served over ice and topped with lavender cream cold foam for a refreshing flavour combination.
Available hot or iced, the Lavender Latte includes Starbucks® Blonde Espresso Roast, steamed milk and floral notes of lavender.
The Lavender Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage features subtle notes of lavender combined with vanilla syrup, milk and ice, topped with whipped cream.
For a matcha twist, the Iced Lavender Cream Matcha combines smooth matcha with classic syrup, milk and lavender cold foam, served over ice.
Springtime ushers in a season of new beginnings, including what’s fresh in the bakery case.
Introducing Mini Dill & Rye Bagels: three savoury rye pumpernickel bagel rounds filled with dill cream cheese with a hint of lemon zest and topped with white sesame seeds. Available year-round starting March 3.
The Lemon Cake Pop is returning alongside the new Frog Cake Pop. Both cake pops are available for a limited time.
A new season means new drinkware. Starbucks new seasonal merchandise leans into both the vibrant green hues of popular matcha beverages, as well as the elegant florals of cherry blossom season.
Starbucks is introducing the Iced Banana Bread Matcha, a perfect flavour combo that went viral last year. Inspired by the comforting flavours of a classic baked treat, this inviting beverage combines unsweetened matcha with brown sugar syrup and milk over ice, topped with a layer of velvety banana cream cold foam and a caramel crunch topping.
The Return of Lactose-Free Milk:
Starting on Feb. 10, lactose-free milk is officially back at Starbucks, making beverages even more accessible and enjoyable for customers. There will be no additional fee for choosing lactose-free milk.
Be My Valentine:
With love in the air, Starbucks has launched a lineup of simplistically sweet drinkware that’s perfect for Valentine’s gifting. This collection leans into the heart-shaped designs we know and love.

Back to ‘71:
Starting on Feb. 9, a new bold, dark-roast coffee blend will be available across Starbucks locations. The 1971 Roast celebrates Starbucks five decades of roasting craft. With notes of toasted sugar and rich walnut, this coffee is crafted from a blend of the finest beans from Colombia, Sumatra and Brazil.

o Protein is getting a caramel twist: These new protein beverages are joining the year-round menu and can be made hot or iced, with classic caramel or new sugar-free caramel syrup.
o The new Iced Brown Sugar Cream Protein Matcha has arrived for the new year! This beverage pairs earthy matcha with a luscious layer of brown sugar–flavoured protein cold foam for a smooth, indulgent finish, with 24 grams of protein per grande.
o The new Caramel Protein Matcha combines unsweetened matcha with Protein-boosted Milk and caramel syrup, with 28 to 32 grams of protein per hot or iced grande.
· Pistachio is back and having a moment: The beloved pistachio flavour returns to Starbucks for a limited time, offering customers the chance to revisit seasonal favourites or experience a new take on the classic green nut.
o The Pistachio Latte has returned with some fun variations, including the new Pistachio Cortado, the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew and the Pistachio Frappuccino®. Pistachio and brown butter are the leading flavours in each of these beverages, delivering a sweet yet balanced profile.
o Starbucks has officially launched its take on a viral trend. The new Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha combines vibrant unsweetened matcha, pistachio sauce, milk and ice. Topped with silky chocolate cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping, this beverage will unite matcha and Dubai Chocolate fans across Canada. The Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha brings together Starbucks Espresso Roast, chocolate mocha sauce and milk over ice, with pistachio cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping for a truly elevated sipping experience.
o Valentine’s favourites return to the pastry case with the Valentine Cake Pop and Heart Cookie, alongside new winter merchandise including Lunar New Year and Valentine’s designs.
After a four-year hiatus, the Eggnog Latte, Starbucks first-ever holiday beverage, is back for the season to the delight of eggnog fans everywhere:
Thanks to a reimagined recipe for 2025, Canadians can enjoy their eggnog made with free-run Canadian eggs!
The team re-created the Starbucks holiday classic with rich steamed eggnog, made with free-run Canadian eggs, and Starbucks signature espresso, topped with creamy foam and a dusting of ground nutmeg for the perfect finish. Also available as an iced beverage.
“This year, we’re excited to work with Lactalis in Canada to use free-run eggs in our Eggnog Latte,” says Jamie Reddekopp, Director of Product at Starbucks Canada. “The goal was to blend this comforting flavour with the quality and craft of Starbucks beverages, using real ingredients that meet our ethical sourcing and animal welfare guidelines for Canada.”
Also returning this season is another holiday staple, the Chestnut Praline Latte:
First introduced in 2014, the beverage was inspired by the sweet aroma of roasted chestnuts in the air at European Christmas markets, making it the perfect complement to rich molasses and bold, caramelly sweetness of Starbucks signature espresso.
The beloved beverage features steamed milk and espresso with flavours of caramelized chestnuts, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chestnut praline topping, available both hot and iced. The menu also includes a festive twist on the holiday classic with new Chestnut Praline Cold Foam and Chestnut Praline Protein Cold Foam.
Both lattes are back December 2, 2025 while quantities last!

‘Tis the season to rejoice, because Starbucks holiday menu is back on November 6, 2025!
Seasonal favourites like the Cran-Merry Orange Refresher, Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulé Latte, Sugar Cookie Oat Latte and the Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai return in stores, dressed up in this year’s iconic and highly anticipated lineup of holiday cups.
· Very merry handcrafted beverages, both hot and iced, are returning, with some new twists to old favourites.
o The beloved Peppermint Mocha and Caramel Brulé Latte, will be available once again and can be enjoyed, iced, hot or as Frappucinos.
o The Canadian fan-favourite Cran-Merry Orange Refresher blends sweet orange, tart cranberry and warm spices, proving that cold can be cozy too.
o Joining the returning hot and iced Sugar Cookie Oat Latte is the Iced Sugar Cookie Cream Matcha Latte, a beau-tea-ful take on a classic holiday flavour.
o Spicing up the season is the Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai featuring gingerbread-flavoured cold foam.
o Four holiday flavours will also be available as creamy, frothy Cold Foams to add a festive twist to any drink. This includes Gingerbread Cream Cold Foam, Peppermint Chocolate Cream Cold Foam, Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Foam and Caramel Brulé Cream Cold Foam.

Just in time for holiday gifting, Starbucks and Hello Kitty are teaming up to bring the season’s most adorable merchandise to Starbucks coffeehouses across Canada, starting Nov. 6, 2025 while supplies last.
Created by the Japanese company Sanrio® in 1974, Hello Kitty has become a cultural phenomenon, capturing the essence of kawaii – the heartfelt Japanese culture of cuteness – and bringing her signature sweetness to everything from lunch boxes and luggage to high fashion and art collaborations.

On Monday, September 29, Starbucks is leaning into innovation and modernization with the introduction of Protein Lattes and Cold Foam Drinks to its menu. In addition to a selection of new beverages, protein-boosted milk and protein cold foams can be used for a variety of customizations so customers can add protein to nearly any beverage. This new line up promises to deliver up to 33 grams of protein per grande (16 fl oz).

OEB BREAKFAST CO. – The Brunch authority from Calgary has found a welcome home in Toronto, with two thriving locations in the City already. In addition, they are a returning official TIFF hospitality partner again this year. Hands down, our favourite spot to brunch at with the most drool-worthy poutines, blue plates, benedicts, and more.
