TOM'S MAGIC hangs-on to take the $400k Breeders' Stakes. The King's Plate runner-up would not tolerate a slow pace and took matters into his own hands defiantly under Rafael Hernandez, winning for @Stidhamracing, @CJThoroughbreds and Mo Speed Racing.

Things I love to see.My website mrwillwong.com crashed repeatedly during tiff50 with a huge surge in traffic. Literally by day 8 of the Festival we already surpassed what we get normally in our busy Septembers.I called today to upgrade so that this doesn't happen again and the gentleman on the phone asked, "Did you go viral or something? Congrats!".Extremely proud of the team. In a changing media landscape where being "media" means you are now fighting to be seen in amidst a crowded sea of influencers, I have had to learn to be competent at both. This is neither good nor bad, but it is the reality of the landscape now. I never foresaw myself doing reels about food or diarizing my life in videos but it is now by day-to-day.Working three times as hard as I did a few years ago, but it is rewarding to see it quantified.Thanks for all your love and support! #BOXOFFICE: “THE EVIL DEAD” FULLY ALIVE AT BOX OFFICE
Huge debut this weekend for The Evil Dead, opening in 3,025 theatres with a stellar $26 million.  In an interesting turn of events, this weekend there were two ties for second place and fifth place. The Sony Pictures/FilmDistrict Flick interestingly enough received fairly positive reviews from Critics (65% on the Tomatometer), although Audiences responded not as well with a C+ CinemaScore. So basically I need to see this. Right now. The first full Trailer for the Carrie Remake, by Director Kimberly Peirce has surfaced and it is everything we could hope for. Honestly, no fair!  South Koreans were lucky enough to get their own Stop-off on the Promotional Tour for Iron Man 3 and none other than Robert Downey Jr. rung-in the festivities earlier today with a Red Carpet Premiere, at once celebrating his 48th Birthday too. #RIP: FAREWELL, ROGER EBERT
This saddens me so.  Famed Film Critic and Celebrity in his own right, Roger Ebert has passed away at the age of 70.  After battling a first bout with Cancer, he had undergone Radiation Treatment again with the illness resurfacing.  In addition to being that rare combination of brilliant Television Personality and just as proficient a Writer, Ebert always was with/ahead of the times, embracing Social Media to share his talents with the World.
