From April 1–30, Miku Toronto will present its Sakura Menu, priced at $175 per guest, with an optional cocktail pairing available at an additional cost of $55.
Inspired by the beauty of cherry blossom season, Miku Toronto invites guests to experience a meticulously crafted six-course Sakura Kaiseki menu, curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero. Rooted in seasonality and precision, this limited-time offering highlights the delicate, fleeting essence of sakura through refined techniques and layered flavours.
To elevate the experience, guests can enjoy the Sakurita, a refreshing, floral-forward cocktail that mirrors the soft, nuanced notes of spring.
The journey begins with an indulgent Wagyu Tartare amuse, followed by a meticulously crafted sashimi course featuring Sawara with negi shio, Atlantic salmon, creamy uni with aonori, Hotaru ika with saikyo yuzu miso, Kobujime Hirame with kara miso, and Botan Ebi.
The Hassun course celebrates the season with artful bites such as Uni Panna Cotta, Duck Croquette with truffle katsu sauce, Lobster sunomono with eggplant and shiso, and a Sakura Ebi tartlet. A King Salmon course with umeboshi cherry sauce leads into an elevated sushi progression, including Ika Somen with uni, Chutoro with foie gras, Shima Aji with chive paste, and Sakura Dai with shiso accents.
The entrée highlights premium A5 Japanese Wagyu with mustard jus and sakura miso glaze, before concluding with a delicate Sakura Bavarois paired with dark cherry, pistachio crumble, coconut sorbet, and sakura leaf chips.

The evening begins with a crisp Tai Monaka, followed by an Aburi Sashimi Duo of Chutoro and Hamachi. At the heart of the experience is the Sakura Dai & A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Shabu Shabu, gently simmered in a comforting miso soy milk broth alongside fresh spring vegetables.
Guests will then enjoy a progression of signature bites, including Salmon Oshi, Aji Nigiri, Takowasa, and Toro Taku—each offering a balance of richness and freshness. The experience concludes with Tai Chazuke and a delicate Ginger Panna Cotta for a soft, floral finish.
