We finally have a new film atop the North American Box Office and it is MERCY! Starring Chris Pratt and Rebecca Ferguson, the Amazon MGM release prevails as a snowstorm sweeps many parts of the continent, earning $12.6 million from 3,468 theatres. Despite its starpower, it gets only 20% on the Tomatometer.

Second goes to five-week champ AVATAR: FIRE & ASH, with $7 million for 20th Century Studios. It has grossed $378 domestically thus far over six weekends.

ZOOTOPIA 2 gets $5.9 million for Disney, taking it to $401 million over nine weekends.

Fourth belongs to THE HOUSEMAID, with $4.6 million, taking it to $115 million for Lionsgate/Cineplex Pictures.

28 YEARS LATER: THE BONE TEMPLE takes fifth with $4.2 million from 3,506 theatres for Sony Pictures, a two week run of $21.3 million.

The official trailer for “The Muppet Show” was revealed today, giving audiences a brand-new look at the highly anticipated special event featuring just-announced guest star Maya Rudolph, alongside special guest star Sabrina Carpenter and executive producer/guest star Seth Rogen.

Prime Video released today the official trailer for its new English-language Italian Prime Original film Love Me Love Me, based on the first phenomenon novel from the four-book series “Love Me Love Me” by Stefania S. (over 23 million reads on the Wattpad platform and now published by Sperling & Kupfer). The young adult romance features an international ensemble cast led by Mia Jenkins, Pepe Barroso Silva, and Luca Melucci, alongside Andrea Guo, Michelangelo Vizzini, Madior Fall and Vanessa Donghi.

Love Me Love Me is directed by Roger Kumble, written by Veronica Galli and Serena Tateo, co-produced by Lotus Production-a Leone Film Group company-and Amazon MGM Studios, with support from WEBTOON Productions, and will be available exclusively on Prime Video worldwide on February 13, 2026.

Synopsis:

Last night, the cast and crew of Marvel Television’s “Wonder Man” celebrated the highly anticipated series premiere with a launch event at the TCL Chinese Theatre multiplex. Co-creators Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest were joined by cast members Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Sir Ben Kingsley, Zlatko Burić, Arian Moayed, X Mayo, Byron Bowers, Shola Adewusi, and Demetrius Grosse.

The Los Angeles-based series follows aspiring Hollywood actor, Simon Williams, who is struggling to get his career off the ground. During a chance meeting with Trevor Slattery, an actor whose biggest roles may be well behind him, Simon learns that legendary director Von Kovak is remaking the superhero film “Wonder Man.” These two actors at opposite ends of their careers doggedly pursue life-changing roles in this film as audiences get a peek behind the curtain of the entertainment industry.

All eight episodes will stream exclusively on Disney+ at 6pm PT / 9pm ET January 27. Additionally, the “Wonder Man” soundtrack, featuring an original score by composer Joel P West, will be available on Hollywood Records across all digital platforms January 30, 2026.

It’s Always At Night was built on her guitar, alongside her poetic riffs that are amplified by her longtime production partner JVP to bring an even bigger pop sound to the new music. With this project, Jade dives into themes of being in love and finding yourself through it all, opening herself to listeners and empowering herself through her vulnerability. Jade explains, “It’s Always At Night is a story about a person who’s in love with love. There are songs for so many emotions – heartbreak, desire, love, and lust. Each song is its own story about the different ways I’ve felt while being in love with someone. She continues on the theme of the EP saying “As soon as the sun goes down and it’s nighttime, I’m alone in my bedroom. I feel my emotions one hundred times harder, and the thoughts just flow into my head,” she says. “The title It’s Always At Night reflects the various emotions of each song that are more accentuated at night.” The EP features “Pink Balloon”, “Sleeping with The Lights On,” alongside the single “Running Home” that continues to grow, and is currently sitting at #16 on both the HOT AC and Top 40 radio in Canada.
