Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Maxime’s is launching The Offside Menu: a limited-run cocktail series that pays homage to the three host nations: Canada, Mexico, and the USA, through the lens of French-inspired craft bartending. Think bold flavours, unexpected pairings, and a serious amount of fun. These aren’t your typical game-day drinks – this is the World Cup, Maxime’s style. Available June 8 – July 8th, 2026.

Crafted with Sapaq Italia Pisco and shaken to a perfectly frothy finish, the Pride Flower Sour is bright, floral, and the ultimate toast to self-expression. Available until June 30th.
On Thursday, May 28, 2026, Maxime’s Toronto is opening its doors to a rare culinary event that redefines the traditional steakhouse experience: Steak Omakase Night, hosted in partnership with Woodward Meats. This isn’t just a dinner; it’s a curated journey through the world of luxury proteins, guided by Dale McMenemy, the founder of Woodward Meats and one of Canada’s foremost authorities on fine butchery.
As the premium supplier behind Toronto’s most prestigious kitchens, Dale will be on-site to walk guests through the nuances of marbling, aging, and the craft behind the world’s most sought-after cuts.
For one night only, guests will bypass the traditional menu and indulge in two expertly curated prix fixe tasting options. Each “Steak Omakase” features a progression of premium cuts, hand-selected by Dale and the Maxime’s culinary team:
The Connoisseur | $125 per person
A 3-cut steak omakase (3oz each), featuring a progression of textures and flavors.

Maxime’s Restaurant present Rigatoni Tuesdays on Uber Eats — an exclusive, limited-quantity drop of its famous Spicy Vodka Rigatoni to enjoy at home. Its official launch is set to take place on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
Made with house-made rigatoni, pecorino romano, Parmigiano, bomba chili, and fresh basil, this indulgent dish has developed a cult following in-house and it’s now heading to Uber Eats–only on Tuesdays, and only in limited batches. Think of it as the pasta version of a sneaker drop: once it’s gone, it’s gone!
