The Fab Five are back! Check-out this new Trailer for Season 5 of Queer Eye!
The Emmy® Award-winning Queer Eye returns on June 5 ready to transform the stylistically challenged into hip and happening savants at the hands of the Fab Five. Now in its fifth season, Queer Eye’s fearless ambassadors head east to Philadelphia, the birthplace of the nation, to bring their infectious brand of self-love, confidence and encouragement to a whole new roster of heroes.
Additionally, we tapped queer pop artist Vincint to create a special song, “Be Me (for Queer Eye Season 5).” The track is featured in the trailer and available to stream.
The delightfully-funny Jonathan Van Ness is among the fantastic lineup of comedians in Toronto for the JUST FOR LAUGHS Comedy Festival. The Grooming Expert and star of Netflix’s revival of QUEER EYE venturing into Stand-Up Comedy delivered a spirited set with additional support from others including Naomi Ekperegin, who was a joy. While he showed room for potential, he came sharp with observations about Toronto including U.S. Open victress Bianca Andreescu and even Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s blackface scandal. Regardless, the audience was forgiving and were able to be won by his personality, dancing and gymnastics even. He jokes he fired his agent for booking him the same night as Lizzo in Toronto, the Singer appearing tonight at Budweiser Stage.
We had the pleasure of meeting him afterwards and he was high on getting everyone to watch what he considered an epic moment in history, the U.S. Women’s Gymnastic Team – The Magnificent Seven’s victory in the 1996 Olympics.
We are in love with this new jam by Taylor Swift and in typical epic fashion, she unleashes another sensory splash in her new Music Video for YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN, the second single off her upcoming Disc, LOVER out this August!
And you’ll never believe this but Katy Perry even makes a cameo, the two stars burying the hatchet in their feud. Swift comments in her lyrics:
And we see you over there on the internet/Comparing all the girls who are killing it/But we figured you out/We all know now we all got crowns
Okay apparently we’re to blame okay, Internet?
Several others appear including Hayley Kiyoko, members of the Cast or QUEER EYE,Billy Porter, Ellen DeGeneres, Ryan Reynolds, Laverne Cox and more! This was an LGBTQ Pride month celebration in the closet, up till now!

The popularity of Netflix‘s QUEER EYE has exploded internationally winning legions of fans with its refreshing and uplifting take on the modern makeover, not outside but inside too. Montreal’s Antoni Porowski came back to Canada for a visit, partnering with high-end kitchen appliance maker Café, which prides itself on its sleek, customizable designs. He spent the day setting-up at the Art Gallery of Ontario, presenting appliances to the Media before a private dinner in the evening at the venue. Morehere.
We have long been singing the praises of QUEER EYE and we were so delighted to meet Porowski quickly after wrapping for the day. Despite being rushed to get out of the cold and into his car, he came back out to take a Selfie, not quite understanding my gesturing through his window. A gem!
While here, he enjoyed the cuisine of Ossington‘s La Banane.
Porowski next has a Cookbook out this September titled ANTONI IN THE KITCHEN, in addition to Season Three of QUEER EYE streaming now on Netflix.
It’s only been a few months since we lived and loved the beautiful journey that was Netflix‘s QUEER EYE Reboot. You’ll be pleased to know new episodes are on the way and sooner than you think. We can’t wait to reconnect with our fave FAB FIVE!
