This special series unfolds across two unforgettable evenings, beginning at Littlejohn Farm on August 9 and continuing at Miku Toronto on August 28. Guests will enjoy two distinct culinary experiences shaped by place, season, and creative partnership, with thoughtful beverage pairings featured at both events. EVENT 1: MIKU TORONTO AT LITTLEJOHN FARM – AUGUST 9, 2025
Set against the lush landscape of Prince Edward County, Littlejohn Farm is known for its terroir-driven cuisine and commitment to sustainable agriculture. Guests will be welcomed with a garden cocktail featuring Valley of Mother of God Gin, followed by a guided tour of the property, live DJ entertainment, and a thoughtfully curated menu crafted by chef Zach Littlejohn and chef Michael Acero.
This exceptional dinner will highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested from the farm itself, alongside refined Japanese techniques. From sashimi and Miku’s signature oshi to seed granola and expertly aged meats from Littlejohn Farm, this meal brings together a bounty of land and sea.

Known for its contemporary Japanese cuisine and refined Aburi sushi, Miku Toronto brings its signature precision and upscale ambiance to this unique dinner series. The evening will spotlight fresh Ontario produce from Littlejohn Farm, interpreted through the lens of elegant Japanese culinary technique, and paired with wines sponsored by Closson Chase Vineyards.
