On Monday, August 17, 2026, Littlejohn Farm will welcome an acclaimed lineup of Ontario chefs for the Summer Harvest Celebration, a one-day culinary collaboration showcasing the province’s seasonal bounty and the people shaping its dining scene.
Hosted by chef, sommelier and farmer Zach Littlejohn, the intimate farm experience will feature culinary talent from some of Canada’s most celebrated restaurants and bars:

A Farm-Wide Culinary Experience
Beginning at 3:00 p.m., guests will be welcomed to explore Littlejohn Farm and visit individual chef-hosted tasting stations located throughout the property. At each station, a guest chef will present a specially curated canapé made with ingredients harvested from the farm.
The experience will give guests an opportunity to meet the chefs, learn about their approaches to cooking and discover how each interprets Ontario’s summer harvest.
Signature cocktails featuring Valley of Mother of God Gin will be created and served by Lyla’s head bartender and bar manager Walter Reis, as well as still and sparkling water generously provided by San Pellegrino. Guests may also relax in lounge areas throughout the property and take part in guided farm tours offering a closer look at the fields, gardens and landscape behind the celebration.
The event will culminate in a family-style seated dinner prepared by Littlejohn Farm owner and chef Zach Littlejohn. The harvest feast will centre on roast chicken and piglet, accompanied by seasonal sides, and wine pairings from Closson Chase.
Several dishes will be developed in collaboration with the participating chefs, including a creation from Jon Rennie of Odd Duck and Heyden Sin of Lai Wah Heen that draws inspiration from both Canadian and Cantonese culinary traditions, as well as further collaborations to be announced.
Rooted in exceptional Canadian ingredients, the menu will bring together influences from Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Italian and contemporary Canadian cuisines. The event celebrates the connection between Ontario’s farmers and chefs, demonstrating how collaboration across diverse culinary backgrounds can elevate the harvest while remaining deeply connected to the land.

Raised on a small farm in rural Ontario, Zach developed an early passion for food and sustainable agriculture. He later moved to Whistler, British Columbia, to pursue a culinary career and build his hospitality experience through hands-on roles with Intrawest/Fortress, global leaders in winter tourism and resort hospitality.
Luhana Littlejohn — Curator of Experiences, Events and Business Development
Luhana brings the farm’s ideas and experiences to life. Born in Brazil, she has a background in international relations and economics and holds an MBA from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Littlejohn Farm travels to Miku Toronto’s award-winning waterfront location for a collaborative seven-course tasting menu led by chef Michael Acero and chef Zach Littlejohn. Known for its contemporary Japanese cuisine and refined Aburi sushi, Miku Toronto brings its signature precision and upscale ambiance to this unique dinner series. The evening will spotlight fresh Ontario produce from Littlejohn Farm, interpreted through the lens of elegant Japanese culinary technique, and paired with wines sponsored by Closson Chase Vineyards.
