Good things come in big packages. Former WWF Wrestler Kurrgan, nĂ© Robert Maillet currently is in Toronto filming The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. The 6’10 Actor was spotted out and about tonight in Toronto, enjoying an uncharacteristically warm October night, stopping to pose for Photos with Fans.
New Brunswick-born Maillet spent some time in Toronto this past Winter filming Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim, but is back again filming this first Film Adaptation of Cassandra Clare’s popular Novels, starring as Samuel Blackwell, who extends his loyalties to Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ Valentine Morgenstern, the Film’s primary Villain.

OMG. No they didn’t! Don’t get me wrong, I love this official Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Wedding Photo nabbed by People Magazine, but my eyes just migrate to the top right corner of this latest Cover every time I look at it. If you asked me about 10 years ago what I thought, I’d say Justin and Britney were inseparable but even though their love didn’t last, they still are together …on Cover.
Tom Ford and Justin collaborated together on his Tuxedo, while Jessica dons a fun pink Giambattista Valli Haute Wedding Gown at the no-cameras-allowed Affair! Cute. Justica Forever.

Although she only came to Toronto only a couple months back, stunning Actress/Model Denise Richards arrived again late last night to promote her Line of Hair Care Products, Volume Extend from Christophe. The Line, which is available in Canada via The Shopping Channel, can be purchased online also here.
Richards is here for a couple days and immediately upon arriving, was taken aback by a certain Toronto Hotel’s Alcoholic Milkshakes, Tweeting a Photo of their Menu late last night! Earlier this morning she spent over three hours at CityTV, appearing on multiple feeds of Breakfast Television across the Country live via Satellite and if she got a lack of sleep at all last night, nobody knew as she looked perfect.
After starring alongside Eugene Levy and Tyler Perry earlier this year in Madea’s Witness Protection (yup, I saw it!), Richards also appeared recently on Ex-Husband Charlie Sheen‘s new Series Anger Management and next can be seen in Television Movie, Socio which she will film shortly.
After telling her it was my Birthday today, Richards was amazing enough to stop for a quick Snap and wrote me a Birthday Greeting (below). There was no trace of Diva at all as she was super-nice to Photographers, giving them a quick “hello!”, after waiting patiently for her for hours.
Fans can watch Richards‘ appearance on Breakfast Television here.

This breaks my heart. Woodbine‘s Pride and Joy Chantal Sutherland announced her v. sudden Retirement from Horse Racing today after an outstanding Career which saw her win the Sovereign Award for Outstanding Apprentice Jockey in Canada twice and almost becoming the first-ever Female Jockey to win the Breeders’ Cup Classic aboard Game on Dude last year.
Sutherland‘s popularity spread also South of the Border with spreads in Vanity Fair, Vogue and more recently she starred in HBO‘s ill-fated but acclaimed Series, Luck. She tells my dear Friend and esteemed Commentator Dawn Lupul following her final race today with mixed emotions, “In this Game you have to be all in it. There’s no half-way. I’m starting to be half-way and it doesn’t work that way. To be on-top and to be where I wanted to be – to be winning a lot of races… you have to be six, seven days a week and very, very committed.”.
After getting married earlier this year, Sutherland now is turning her focus to relaxing and hinted that she may train for a Triathalon. Spending time with her Sister in Ottawa also is going to be a reality soon as she looks forward to watching her Nephew and Niece grow-up.
Admittedly, after watching this Interview a few times, something tells me that we haven’t seen the last of Sutherland in the Irons and perhaps after she spends time away to regroup, she just might be back? I just don’t get the sense that this is over. It has been a tough year and to see her talk about how cruel the Sport can be, is just saddening.
Horse Racing just won’t be the same without Sutherland and she will be remembered for what she’s done to pave the way for other young Women in the Sport. Although there have been and will continue to be many wonderful Female Jockeys to come, there is and always will be only one Chantal Sutherland. A remarkable Woman.
Watch her Interview below:
I had the Honour of meeting Sutherland around this time last year. Read about my Moment here.

Remaining true to form, Paranormal Activity 4 opens big in its debut this weekend for Paramount Pictures. The Franchise which has grossed over $295 million prior in North America alone, earns $30 million with its latest from 3,412 theates. Made for only $5 million, the Horror uncharacteristically received negative Reviews unlike its well-received Predecessors, with 24% garnered on Rotten Tomatoes’ Tomatometer.
Ben Affleck’s Argo continues to performing outstandingly at the Box Office, sitting at number two this weekend with $16.7 million, now earning a total $45.5 million in two weeks. Its Cast continues to promote the factual Drama on the Talk Show Circuit with Bryan Cranston even hitting-up a far-reaching Audience including Viewers of Chelsea Lately this week. Even Wife of Affleck, Jennifer Garner, was on the Show promoting her own Film Butter, singing the Film’s praises recently.
Even though it slips to third spot this weekend, Taken 2 is still going strong in its third week, earning $13.3 million for Universal Pictures, just ahead of another former Champion in Sony Pictures’ Hotel Transylvania with $13.2 million.
Alex Cross opens in fifth spot with $12 million for eOne Films/Summit Entertainment/Lionsgate Films from 2,539 theatres. The Action-Thriller starring the unlikeliest of Combinations in Matthew Fox and Tyler Perry, might not have fared well with Critics (13% on the Tomatometer), but Audiences gave it an “A” CinemaScore.
Pitch Perfect continues to exceed expectations hanging onto the Top Ten in its fourth week at number right with a respectable $6.8million, while Looper rounds things out with with $4.1 million.
I’m in love!  Like a Virus, Muse‘s latest Single Madness has crept-up on me and has me in full, infecting me with Mad Muse Syndrome. After first seeing them perform the Track on Saturday Night Live last month, it has been bubbling-under in my subconscious and after having won the praise of Coldplay‘s Chris Martin and Adam Lambert, it appears the Alternative Rock Track is on its way to becoming a Crossover Track with its Noir Queen/Prince/George Michael-like inflections. Is this the sexiest Track of 2012? I’d say so.
The Track from the GRAMMY Award-winning Brit Outfit currently is at number 60 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, but expect that to continue improving in coming weeks. In Canada, it just cracked the Top 50 at number 47 on our Canadian Hot 100 Chart. It can be found on their sixth Studio Disc from Warner Music, The 2nd Law.
Not only is the Track stunning, its Video is also! Watch the Anthony Mandler-directed Clip in full below:

He taught her well. Country Megastar Billy Ray Cyrus arrived in Toronto yesterday to promote his upcoming 13th Studio Disc, Change My Mind from Independent Label, Blue Cadillac Music. Since making his debut back in 1992 with Album Some Gave All, the highs have been really high for Cyrus, who topped the Billboard Hot 200 with the Disc, remaining there on the Chart for a record-setting 17 weeks. To-date, he has sold over 20 million Albums worldwide with the distinction of having recorded the all-time best-selling Debut Album from a Male Artist. Achy Breaky Heart, his Signature Track needs no introduction – it is iconic.
Cyrus performed a private Showcase last night previewing new material from Change My Mind, including its catchy first Single of the same Title. In Denim-on-Denim and a Cowboy Hat, the Father of Miley and Trace arrived at CityTV early with two Bandmates to perform acoustically on Breakfast Television, welcoming Fans out of the rain and into the Studio to watching him perform. Following his Performance, he even took time to meet and greet them as well! Cyrus later today is scheduled to appear on George Stroumboulopoulous Tonight.
If he weren’t down to earth enough, the amazing Cyrus let his Bandmates take the Suburban today, while he rode in a Honda Sedan. I was lucky enough to Snap a Photo with Star thanks to Reader Jennifer, before he threw a wave to Fans from the front seat from his Car.
I might not know Country well, but I know enough to know that Cyrus‘ new Track is solid. Check it out below:
Change My Mind hits stores Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

Clevver News gets an exclusive first look at the second season of American Horror Story: Asylum, with Jenna Dewan and Adam Levine playing a young Couple looking to spice-up their love life in a former Tuberculosis Ward. There’s only five minutes shown here and I’m already hooked!
Creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk have the uncanny ability of combining suspense, sexuality and horror and although I absolutely loved the first Season of the FX Series, I’m expecting big things here. Well this much is certain – it seems their attentions and inspiration are being poured here versus another Musical Comedy Series which I used to love on FOX.
Watch the Preview below:
American Horror Story: Asylum premieres tomorrow night, Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 10:00 PM on FX.
