Once again, it’s all SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME, hanging-on to top spot again this weekend at the Box Office with $10.4 million from 3,675 theatres. This brings its domestic total to $735 million for Sony Pictures.
In second is SCREAM with $6.6 million for Paramount Pictures, from 3,518 theatres. This brings its total to $61.4 million over three weekends.
SING 2 is third with $4.7 million from 3,434 theatres for Universal Pictures, a total $134 million grossed.
REDEEMING LOVE lands in fourth with $1.8 million from 1,963 theatres, a total $6.5 million for Universal Pictures over two weeks.
THE KING’S MAN caps-off the Top Five with $1.6 million for 20th Century Studios from 2,440 theatres. It has made $33.9 million in its North American run to date.
The resilient SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME reclaims the #1 spot once again at the Box Office with $13.5 million from 3,705 theatres across North America for Sony Pictures, a total run of $720 million thus far.
SCREAM just misses a repeat at the top, bringing-in $11.7 million from 3,666 theates for Paramount Pictures. Over two weekends it has made $50.6 million.
SING 2 gets third with $8.2 million from 3,434 theatres for Universal Pictures, bringing its run to $128.2 million domestically.
REDEEMING LOVE opens in 1,903 theatres for Universal Pictures and debuts in fourth with $4 million. The Romance set against the backdrop of the California Gold Rush, gets 11% on the Tomatometer. It can be seen now where theatres are open in Canada.
In fifth is THE KING’S MAN wit $1.7 million for 20th Century Studios, a run of $31 million. The Film has been slotted for a February 18th release on Disney+.
New year, new fears! SCREAM slashes its way to the top spot at the Box Office this weekend with $31.5 million from 3,664 theatres for Paramount Pictures. This fifth film in the Franchise gets 76% on the Tomatometer.
Second spot goes to reigning champ SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME with $21.4 million from 3,925 theatres for Sony Pictures. Its four-week domestic run sees it at $705 million.
Third spot goes to SING 2 with $8.5 million from 3,581 theatres for Universal Pictures, for a total $122 million earned over four weeks.
THE KING’S MAN takes fourth with $2.9 million from 2,510 theatres for 20th Century Studios.
THE 355 rounds this Top Five out with $2.3 million for Universal Pictures/eOne Films, a two week total of $8.9 million.
SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME makes it four in a row this weekend, taking top spot with $30 million from 4,012 theatres for Sony Pictures. In a devilish domestic run so far it has reached $666 million in earnings.
Second spot goes to SING 2 with $10.3 million with 3,713 theatres for Universal Pictures, a two week total of $107.3 million.
In third is THE 355 with $4.3 million from 3,145 theatres for eOne Films/Universal Pictures. With a star-studded Cast including Jessica Chastain, Lupita Nyong’o, Penelope Cruz and Sebastian Stan, the Action flick gets 26% on the Tomatometer.
THE KING’S MAN takes fourth with $3.1 million, a total $25 million over three weekends for 20th Century Studios.
Rounding things out is AMERICAN UNDERDOG in fifth is $2.4 million, a total $18.8 million over three weeks for Mongrel Media/Lionsgate Films.
SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME makes it three for three this weekend, taking #1 again at the Box Office in North America with $48 million from 4,206 theatres for Sony Pictures. In its third weekend it has grossed a total $605 million, and it is en route to cracking the Top Ten highest-grossing films in North America of all time.
Second goes to SING 2 with $19.5 million from 3,892 theatres for Universal Pictures. Over two weeks it has made a healthy $89.6 million.
AMERICAN UNDERDOG gets third spot with $4.3 million for Mongrel Media/Lionsgate Films, a total $15.2 million over two weeks.
Fourth goes to THE KING’S MAN with $3.9 million from 3,180 theatres for 20th Century Studios, a total $18.9 million in its second weekend out.
THE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS rounds-out this Top Five with $3.4 million from 3,552 theatres for Warner Bros., a total $30.5 million in two weeks of release.
SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME spreads some cheer at the Box Office once again this weekend, taking the #1 spot over Christmas weekend with a superb $138.6 million from 4,336 theates for Sony Pictures, a two-week total of $467.3 million. On Christmas Day alone, it earned $36.1 million in North America. This places it third for all-time best Christmas Day gross of all time, behind Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens ($49.3 million) and Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker ($32.1 million).
Debuting in second is SING 2 with $23.7 million from 3,900 theatres for Universal Pictures. Its predecessor opened in 2016 with $36 million. This Sequel gets 67% on the Tomatometer.
In third is THE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS with $12 million from 3,552 theatres for Warner Bros. This fourth Film in the Series gets 66% on the Tomatometer.
