Former Media Baron Conrad Black certainly needs little introduction, the Canadian-born who in 2001 became Lord Black of Crossharbour, prior to some well-publicized legal issues, culminating in a 42-month sentence for obstruction of justice and fraud.
Black is back and was seen out today promoting his latest Book RISE OF GREATNESS: THE HISTORY OF CANADA FROM VIKINGS TO PRESENT. The Book, Black had told CTV yesterday, addresses the lack of interest sometimes which Canadians have in our past and focuses in-depth on World War I and World War II, timed perfectly for Remebrance Day. He says, “Canadians slightly underestimate how interesting their history is.”.
Looking dapper, the 70-year-old stopped for a few Fan Photos upon arriving at Global Television‘s The Morning Show, taping am interview to be aired at a later date. “What? You want a Photo with me?” he asked me. “Sure!”.
