He taught her well. Country Megastar Billy Ray Cyrus arrived in Toronto yesterday to promote his upcoming 13th Studio Disc, Change My Mind from Independent Label, Blue Cadillac Music. Since making his debut back in 1992 with Album Some Gave All, the highs have been really high for Cyrus, who topped the Billboard Hot 200 with the Disc, remaining there on the Chart for a record-setting 17 weeks. To-date, he has sold over 20 million Albums worldwide with the distinction of having recorded the all-time best-selling Debut Album from a Male Artist. Achy Breaky Heart, his Signature Track needs no introduction – it is iconic.
Cyrus performed a private Showcase last night previewing new material from Change My Mind, including its catchy first Single of the same Title. In Denim-on-Denim and a Cowboy Hat, the Father of Miley and Trace arrived at CityTV early with two Bandmates to perform acoustically on Breakfast Television, welcoming Fans out of the rain and into the Studio to watching him perform. Following his Performance, he even took time to meet and greet them as well! Cyrus later today is scheduled to appear on George Stroumboulopoulous Tonight.
If he weren’t down to earth enough, the amazing Cyrus let his Bandmates take the Suburban today, while he rode in a Honda Sedan. I was lucky enough to Snap a Photo with Star thanks to Reader Jennifer, before he threw a wave to Fans from the front seat from his Car.
I might not know Country well, but I know enough to know that Cyrus‘ new Track is solid. Check it out below:
Change My Mind hits stores Tuesday, October 23, 2012.
