2026: Animl Steakhouse by INK Entertainment and Knar Jewellery, official retailer partner of Jacob & Co., present “Precision & Pour”, a one-of-a-kind luxury collaboration pairing three timepieces from the Jacob & Co. Epic X CR7 collection with a bespoke cocktail experience crafted using Gran Patrón Burdeos tequila.

The experience brings together haute horology and elevated hospitality through a curated pairing of precision timepieces and contemporary mixology. At the centre of the collaboration is the Epic X Heart of CR7 and Flight of CR7, a series of
timepiece within the Epic X CR7 collection Jacob & Co. created in collaboration with longtime partner of the brand and global football icon Cristiano Ronaldo.

Built upon the brand’s signature Epic X architecture, the timepiece features the collection’s distinctive 44mm case, in stainless steel or 18K rose gold, with X-shaped lugs and an openworked movement inspired by one of Jacob & Co.’s most emblematic calibers. Select versions are further enhanced by a bezel set with 26 bauette-cut white diamonds, adding a high
jewelry dimension to the sporty silhouette.

Custom CR7 design elements reference one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s most celebrated career moments, featuring his iconic soaring header or signature celebration directly integrated into the movement architecture alongside the CR7 logo and signature. Additional details include a football-inspired skeleton barrel cover and a sapphire crystal caseback featuring Ronaldo
wearing his iconic number 7 jersey.

Complementing the timepiece is a one-of-one signature cocktail experience inspired by its architectural detailing and precision craftsmanship. Served in custom handcrafted Japanese Kiriko glassware presented in a bespoke display box, the cocktail blends Gran Patrón Burdeos tequila with Oloroso sherry, Ontario peach, mole bitters, and Vancouver Island smoked maple
salt.

Guests will have the opportunity to purchase custom presentation boxes pairing one signature Gran Patrón Burdeos cocktail experience with a single Jacob & Co. Epic X CR7 timepiece. Each box will be available at varying price points depending on the selected watch model.

Animl Steakhouse, one of Toronto’s most notable luxury dining destinations by INK Entertainment, recognized for its high-profile clientele and elevated hospitality, will host the invite-only launch event on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Proceeds from the event, along with profits generated through the collaboration, will be contributed to motionball, a national non- profit organization that empowers young professionals to support the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.

ANIML marks an exciting new venture and partnership between Charles Khabouth, Danny Soberano of INK Entertainment, Sacha Elwakeel and Maher Murshed. Together, they introduce a refined concept that celebrates indulgence and elegance.

“Animl represents a new era in the steakhouse experience,” said Charles Khabouth, Founder and CEO of INK Entertainment. “We created a discreet and cozy space, moving away from traditional, massive steakhouses. Animl is about redefining the concept, offering an elevated journey from the interior design to the overall experience.

ANIML Steakhouse offers modern interpretations of classic steakhouse favourites. From dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood to indulgent sides, every dish is crafted to satisfy your cravings and feed your wildest instincts.

The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Marc Cheng, who brings a wealth of experience from his time at the award-winning restaurant George and other notable venues such as Patria and Clio. Growing up in the 70s and 80s, he infuses his upbringing into a modern interpretation of what a classical steakhouse can be in 2024.

Chef de Cuisine Michael Degrazia joins the team with over two decades of experience, honing his skills in some of the finest kitchens across British Columbia before returning to Toronto. Previously at Alo Bar, his artistic background informs his innovative approach to flavours and textures, enhancing the guest experience that ANIML aims to deliver

Drawing inspiration from the rich cultural tapestry of the past, ANIML’s design creates an inviting and dynamic space that encourages exploration and indulgence. Designed by the award-winning Toronto-based design studio NIVEK REMAS, the restaurant’s captivating interiors transport patrons back to the lavish excess of the 1970s. “ANIML invites you to unapologetically come as you are. The exotic interior exudes enigma and glamour, paying homage to the untamed spirit of the Art Deco era, the party days of Studio 54, and the extravagant lifestyle of the 1970s,” said Kevin Chan and Samer Shaath, partners and co-founders of NIVEK REMAS.

High lacquer wood panelling, gold leaf ceilings, antique mirrors, and graphic marbles envelop the space, while lush velvets, animal prints, and fringe create a tactile experience of mystery and opulence. Each meticulously curated element invites guests to savour a dining experience reminiscent of Studio 54. At the center of it all is a stunning upside-down mirror-encased bull that dazzles above patrons.
