#FOOD: YAN DINING ROOM HEADING TO LANGDON HALL

On August 21, 2026, Yan Dining Room’s Chef Eva Chin is heading to Langdon Hall for its annual Summer BBQ Series, joining a 2026 guest-chef lineup that has featured some of the country’s most exciting culinary talent, including Zach Smith of Fat Rabbit, Jeff Kang and Edward Bang of Takja BBQ House, and Rafa Covarrubias of 20 Victoria.

For the August edition, Chef Eva will cook alongside Zach Keeshig of Naagan and Steven Molnar of Quetzal, with each chef bringing their own culinary perspective to Langdon Hall’s Summer House and Firshade Gardens.

Yan Dining Room will serve three dishes showcasing its contemporary approach to Chinese flavours and techniques:

HOT: Coppa steak lap yuk, wood ear mushroom salad, fermented black bean sauce
COLD: Cherry tomatoes, preserved plum bingfen and fresh garden herbs
DESSERT: Warm sweetcorn and coconut niangao, hickory nuts and brown butter popcorn sabayon
