The hilarious Red Band Trailer for Neighbours has just surfaced!  Directed by Nicholas Stoller (Get Him to the Greek, Forgetting Sarah Marshall), the Comedy is about a Couple with a newborn Baby forced to live next to a Fraternity House. Tons of lewd humour and big laughs. This is getting an R-Rating for sure!

Neighbours stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Lisa Kudrow and more.
