The Nova Music Festival Exhibition in Toronto, a powerful installation commemorating the tragic events of October 7, 2023, has been extended due to the overwhelming embrace of the city and Greater Toronto Area.
Originally planned to be on display in Toronto until the beginning of June, the exhibition will now run until June 22, 2025, allowing more time for visitors to experience this essential journey of remembrance, reflection, and healing.
Since opening its doors in Toronto on April 23, 2025, tens of thousands have attended, bearing witness to the devastating attack that marked the largest massacre in music history.
The exhibition is an in-depth remembrance of the atrocities and murders at the Nova Music Festival on October 7, 2023, and sets out to recreate a festival dedicated to peace and love that was savagely cut short by a terrorist attack.
On Friday, October 6, 2023, thousands of music and arts fans gathered in Re’im Israel for the Nova Music Festival – a celebration of life, peace, and music. At 6:29AM on Saturday, October 7, Hamas terrorists launched a brutal attack, invading Israel and massacring 1,200 people. Among them, 411 were murdered in relation to the festival, including four Canadians, and 251 were abducted, including 43 innocent festivalgoers.
Spanning more than 60,000 square feet, the installation is one of the largest exhibitions in Canadian history, offering a space for reflection, remembrance, and shared humanity. Through multimedia, survivor accounts, and meticulously recreated festival grounds, the exhibition invites visitors to connect with what happened—and who it happened to.
Notable gatherings and special events at the exhibition so far have included ‘A Tribute To Canadian Lives Lost’ honouring the memory of the four Canadians murdered at the Nova Music Festival, a spectacular drone show that featured 411 drones, one for every person murdered at the festival on October 7, 2023. At another high-profile event, ‘From Captivity to Freedom’, attendees had the opportunity to listen to an emotional live testimony from a returned hostage.
Since opening, the exhibition has hosted numerous ‘Voices of Resilience’ and daily events with testimonies from Nova survivors and bereaved family members, which will continue through the extended run. More events like these will be announced on the Nova Exhibition website and social channels.
The Nova Music Festival Exhibition is a vital experience for everyone. Visitors are encouraged to come with family members, friends, co-workers, and allies to the community—to share the experience together, to remember, to reflect, and nurture the journey of healing, as a community.
Net proceeds from the exhibition will go to supporting the Nova community including initiatives and support programs for victims and families of the October 7, 2023 massacre.
Due to extraordinary demand and limited ticket availability, advance booking is highly recommended. To purchase tickets and learn more, visit novaexhibition.com.

Following its breakout success, Paramount+ and MTV Documentary Films today announced the global expansion of The Children of October 7 which is set to debut across every Paramount+ territory on Monday, June 2, 2025 coinciding with the Jewish holiday of Shavuot.
The documentary, which features social media activist Montana Tucker, is directed by Asaf Becker and produced by Kastina Communications. It will now be available in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latin America, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
On October 7, 2023, Israeli children were among the most vulnerable victims of the Hamas attacks. Of the estimated 1,200 Israelis murdered, 37 were children. Of those who survived, over 100 children lost one parent, over 20 lost both parents and more than 35 were kidnapped to Gaza. Hundreds of children were injured, and thousands were displaced from their homes.
The Children of October 7 features deeply sensitive conversations between Tucker and these children who bravely share their experiences of trauma and survival as they continue to process the unthinkable – being held captive, witnessing the deaths of their parents and enduring violent invasions of their homes. Alongside Tucker’s support, the children present a poignant and heartfelt depiction of their terrifying experiences.
Shari Redstone, Chair of Paramount Global, said, “We have long been committed to sharing content that informs and educates. This documentary is a clear example in highlighting the terror that occurred on October 7 and the aftermath for thousands of children who will forever suffer from the impact of that day. Montana Tucker is doing extraordinary work, and we’re proud to distribute the film around the world on Paramount+.”
“The Children of October 7 is one of the most important projects I’ve ever been part of. As the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, hearing these children share the horrors they endured – losing their families, their homes, and their innocence in a single morning – felt hauntingly familiar. I’m grateful they trusted me with their stories and that they have this platform to share their truth. Thanks to Paramount+ and MTV, the world will bear witness,” said Montana Tucker.
The Children of October 7 was produced by Eytan Schwartz, Meny Aviram, Mor Tregger, Zameret Alexaneroni, Jonathan Barsade and Rotem Alima. The film was directed by Asaf Becker, with cinematography by Sasha Gavrikov and editing by Yotam Katzor.
With almost 14 million combined followers across her social media platforms, award-winning actress, singer, dancer, philanthropist, and social media activist Montana Tucker empowers from every angle. Featured in the documentary The Children of October 7, now streaming on Paramount+, Tucker also garnered acclaim for her educational docuseries How To: Never Forget, in which she traveled to Poland and Auschwitz with her mother, Michelle, to learn about her grandparents’ experiences during the Holocaust. Tucker has become a household name in the Jewish community and beyond through her powerful social media videos and her numerous speaking engagements worldwide, which help to raise awareness about antisemitism and bring communities together. She’s been honored by The National Holocaust Museum, Artists 4 Israel, Auschwitz Jewish Foundation, The Mayor of New York, The City of Beverly Hills and many others. Among her many hosting and emceeing duties, Tucker hosted ADL’s Never Is Now, the world’s largest summit on antisemitism and headlined the March for Israel Rally in Washington, D.C., among many others. Tucker can be found on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube @montanatucker.
The film is currently streaming in the U.S. on Paramount+.
