Things like this just break my heart. Marisa Tomei always has been one of my favourite Actresses and it saddens me that she has a reputation as a Celebrity who doesn’t often take Photos or sign Autographs for Fans. My chance came today to ask for a Photo at the Roy Thomson Hall Premiere for Inescapable and after agreeing to it after seeing my excitment, I snapped a moment late and what results is this! At least I have the memory of meeting her. Stunning!
Tomei is brilliant in Inescapable as a Syrian Woman. Read my Review of the Film here.

Losing my mind here! Kristin Scott Thomas is one of my favourite Actresses of all time and it was such an honour to spot her earlier today just as she was about the head-out and fly home to France. She is in-town for François Ozon‘s latest, In the House. Although I threw over a subtle wave at her, catching her attention. She remained low-key, waiting right until the final moment to come by for a Snap. Slayed!

The gorgeous and talented Paula Patton is just about as wonderful in-person as you’d imagine in real life. Although her Star has risen only of late, things are going rather well with her being said to be attached to the next installment of the Mission Impossible Franchise after a successful turn in Ghost Protocol. Despite being in a rush to head to Dinner (unfortunately Husband Robin Thicke wasn’t here today) she still was lovely enough to come over for a quick Snap. She is absolutely stunning! Unfortunate that Husband Robin Thicke wasn’t around today.

Arrested Development Star Jason Bateman was spotted out and about on his way out to a quick Dinner before the Princess of Wales Theatre Premiere for Drama, Disconnect. The Film which is due next Spring, centers around a group of People who are looking to make connections in today’s wired World. Bateman was awesome enough to stop for a quick Snap before heading out of his posh Hotel en route to Dinner.

A TIFF Favourite for quite a few years now, Gael Garcia Bernal is here this year for Drama, No, which premiere last night. I caught-up with the brilliant Mexican Actor on his way out for Lunch, stopping for a quick Snap. He seemed to know his way around quite well, which shouldn’t be a surprise considering the amount of times he’s visited for the Festival!

I hope you’ve all been enjoying my TIFF 2012 Coverage! Needless to say, I’ve gotten little sleep these past few days in preparing for the launch of my Website and also catching all the Action, keeping you in-the-know. As the Festival now reaches the halfway point with things winding-down, I think I will devote tonight to a proper night of sleep and catching-up with my beloved Dog, Billy.
I absolutely love hearing from you on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and it is such a pleasure having met so many of you these past few days. It is an incredible sense of validation to get tapped on the shoulder by you and being told “Good job!”, or get asked for a Photo, so thank you. I’ve worked extremely hard to be where I am and will continue to do so. If we snapped a Photo together over the course of the Festival, please send them over my way so I can share your lovely faces with the World.
For those of you keeping-up with my TV appearances, tomorrow (September 11, 2012), I’m scheduled to appear on CTV News and also CP24, so definitely tune-in if you can!

Definitely one of my all-time faves, Chinese Beauty Ziyi Zhang spent most of her day doing Press for the Drama. Although she was called over by Fans following her appearance at Dangerous Liaisons’ Press Conference, she had ignored the pleas for Autographs. Zhang however, saved it all for the Red Carpet rewarding Fans simply with her beauty – a stunning vision of elegance in white. Earlier in the day, she donned feathers at the Film’s Press Conference alongside Co-star Jang Dong Gun.

It’s only a matter of time before this Man gets that Oscar. Kentucky-born Michael Shannon is loved by Critics and just last year, he was awarded Best Actor by the Toronto Film Critics Association for his work in Take Shelter. Although he was busy filming at the Premiere for that Film during TIFF 2011, he was fully present today to promote The Iceman. The Film has him starring as real-life Mobster Richard Kuklinski and believe me, his performance already is coming with heavy buzz out of the Festival.
Such an honour to get a Photo with Shannon, who was extremely gracious after his Press Conference, taking the time to greet all his Fans one by one.

Captain America himself, Chris Evans originally wasn’t confirmed to attend TIFF 2012, but alas he showed up! Evans arrived in Toronto last night, gearing-up for a day of Press for The Iceman and although he is known as one to not sign Autographs, he gave thanks back to the Fans today following the Film’s Press Conference.
Yes, you can stop staring at those bulging biceps now!

In typically Fan-avoidant behaviour, Winona Ryder arrived at the Press Conference for The Iceman earlier today, throwing-over a wave. She gestured back to Fans asking for an Autograph with a puzzled look as to say, “How?”. Ryder, who last attended the Festival in 2010 with Black Swan, plays the Wife of real-life Mobster Richard Kuklinski (Michael Shannon) in the Film.
