The evening will showcase a five-course tasting menu expertly crafted by the restaurant’s Head Chef, Nao Akutagawa. Taking place on December 31 from 3:00 pm until late, the experience is priced at $150 (plus taxes & gratuities), with an optional four-course wine pairing by Minami’s seasoned Beverage Manager Angela Allan for $45 (plus taxes & gratuity). For one night only, Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero presents a five-course osechi-inspired kaiseki designed to honour the tradition of welcoming the New Year with exceptional flavour. On December 31, the evening is $200 (plus taxes & gratuity), with curated pairings by Beverage Manager Angela Allan, including the wine and sake pairing for $55 and the premium wine pairing for $65 (plus taxes and gratuity).
