Stella made her Canadian festival debut last week at Montreal’s Osheaga, and was one of the most buzzed about acts of the day. Prior to Osheaga, Stella stopped in Toronto for a secret show at Rock ‘N’ Horse Saloon for Billboard Canada’s inaugural Chart Breaker series. We were there! Some highlights here.
On top of this, Warner Music Canada surprised Stella with her first Platinum Plaque for “Boston.” The single continues to rise in Canada hitting #3 on Billboard Canada charts this week, remains within the Top 10 on the Spotify daily charts and climbs its way up the Canadian Radio charts sitting at #10 on country radio and growing quickly on multiple formats. Stella will return to Canada in the fall with a sold-out show at Toronto’s Opera House.

Off the back of a career-defining year, with 370M+ streams, 1B+ views, a sold-out headline tour, and a CMA Fest takeover following her EP Is This Heaven?, hit single “Boston” continues to overtake the charts in the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100.
Continuing the momentum, Long Way Home rolls out with pop-up events in major U.S. markets before her November headline tour. See full routing below.

ABOUT STELLA LEFTY
Stella Lefty is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter carving out a name with her emotionally sharp songwriting and a sound that seamlessly blends pop sensibility with country storytelling. Her breakout single “Thinking ‘bout You” sparked major online traction, earning millions of streams and set the stage for follow up “Boston” that has since charted the top 3 on The Billboard Top 100, #4 on Billboard Hot Country Songs, and amassed over 250 million streams.
Meanwhile, with her magnetic live presence and songs that balance raw vulnerability with undeniable hooks, she’s quickly built momentum as an artist to see live too, supporting the likes of Alessi Rose, Jessie Murph, Cameron Whitcomb and Wyatt Flores. Not to mention, she also took the main stage with her own global headline dates, as well as festival debuts including Lollapalooza, BST Fest, and Osheaga. Praised as a “country superstar” by Rolling Stone and “a name to remember” by UPROXX, Stella Lefty is emerging as one of pop’s most compelling new voices as she gears up for the release of her debut album Long Way Home out August 21.
It’s a Country of Summer with songs of the genre dominating our streams and airwaves! At the eye of the storm is Stella Lefty who quickly is catapulting to huge success with her breakout debut single “Boston“, currently charting at No. 3 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and No. 4 here in Canada on the equivalent chart. The L.A.-based Singer/Songwriter in just a few years has found herself in a big way, only realizing during the Pandemic that she might be born to be an Artist.
Lefty appears at both Osheaga and Lollapalooza but before those stops, she visited Toronto for promotion, doing the rounds at radio, plus an appearance at Rock ‘N’ Horse Saloon last night as part of Billboard Canada‘s newly-launched CHARTBREAKER Series. The Q&A followed by three-song acoustic performance was moderated by Cheryl Hickey.
During the Q&A, she talked about her process writing her hit “Boston“, which features an interpolation of Noah Kahan‘s “Stick Season”, and she named some of her biggest influences including Taylor Swift, Luke Combs, Miley Cyrus and more.
