Adored Funnyman Patton Oswalt gave Toronto a treat tonight, who played a show at Massey Hall, the last stop of his WHO’S READY TO LAUGH? Tour which was a Gala at Just for Laughs Montreal last night. In attendance for the 75 minute show, which won raves from fans on Twitter, were the likes of Bradley Whitford and Max Minghella, in-town filming The Handmaid’s Tale.
Always happy to have @BradleyWhitford come to my shows ‘cause he sends such encouraging texts. pic.twitter.com/ZHKM7cerWj

Oswalt, known for his work on Seinfeld, The King of Queens, Ratatouille and more, soon will be seen in SXSW Audience Award winning Feature, I LOVE MY DAD in select theatres next Friday, August 5, 2022 and on-demand/digital the week following, and also Neil Gaiman’s upcoming Netflix Series THE SANDMAN.
Have long been a fan of Oswalt who is equally adept on-screen as he is on-stage, and able to balance his comedic chops with heartfelt dramatic notes.
If you haven’t yet seen I LOVE MY DAD, it is a must-see! Our Review here. A must-see!
For chuckles, he signed a screenshot of a DM to me! Such a nice guy!

You already know ’em and love ’em! Handsome and widely-recognizable Stars Josh Duhamel (Vegas, Safe House) and Dean Winters (30 Rock, Oz) are in Toronto today in support of their new Series fron CBS, Battle Creek. Set in the titular Michigan town, the Show is driven by the mismatched pairing of an FBI Agent, Milton Chamberlain (Duhamel) and Detective, Russ Agnew (Winters). Funnymen Kal Penn (Harold & Kumar) and Patton Oswalt (Young Adult) star also.
Both Duhamel and Winters were spotted in unforgivingly cold – no really, it tickles the throat even to talk outside – conditions outside KISS 92.5 Studios this morning, generously taking photos with Fans. The Pair appeared on KISS 92.5‘s The Roz & Mocha Show earlier, before heading over to 98.1 CHFI. Amidst the clamour for new Daddy, Duhamel, I managed to slip right in and get a snap with Winters who was making a rare visit. Surely he’s made you laugh hard as Liz Lemon‘s (Tina Fey) completely oblivious Boyfriend Dennis Duffy on 30 Rock or drawn you in as Ryan O’Reily in Oz?
Duhamel was last in the City for the Canadian Premiere of Safe House February 2013 and we were there too! Yup, he’s still pretty damn alluring.
