Exciting news for anyone traveling to or living in Toronto, Nobu Hotel Toronto is now officially open, welcoming guests as of June 1, 2025. After debuting Canada’s first Nobu restaurant last summer, this marks the full launch of the country’s first integrated Nobu property, bringing together the brand’s signature hospitality, culinary excellence, and design-forward living – founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper.

The boutique 36-suite hotel sits high above the city on floors 41 to 45 of the west tower at 25 Mercer Street, offering cinematic skyline views, serene wellness experiences, and exclusive guest access to amenities across the entire Nobu Toronto development. Seen above, the Hikari Corner Suite.

Guests will enjoy features like deep-soaking hinoki tubs beside floor-to-ceiling windows, an in-room wellness program curated by local partner trove wellbeing, and access to the guest-only Sakura Lounge with daily à la carte breakfast.
