The Clinton Foundation Millennium Network held its inaugural Toronto Event this evening at The Berkeley Church and ringing-in the occasion was Honorary Ambassador Rachel McAdams and Special Musical Guest Tegan and Sara. President Bill Clinton‘s Foundation since 2007 has encouraged the next generation to address global challenges like improving Global Health, strengthening Economies and promoting healthier Childhoods.
Speaking before a sold-out Crowd, Clinton arrived at a hidden entrance at the Venue with a multi-SUV Barricade speaking for approximately 30 minutes tonight. Tickets ranged from $150-$2500, the upper range allowing Fans of his an ultra-rare Photo Op with him. McAdams went on stage at approximately 8:00 PM to speak briefly and Canadian Alternative Rock/Pop Sensations Tegan and Sara entertained the audience with a quick Set shortly after Clinton spoke.
With several members of the Secret Service present to ensure his safety, a fit and tanned-looking Clinton exited the Venue, throwing a quick wave to Fans and exchanging niceties with some of the Event’s Organizers. McAdams also was super-kind to come out quickly to greet Fans after being spotted chatting with Clinton by the Exit.

If this really is happening, we and most of Twitter approves! Kit Harington and Rachel McAdams were spotted out together last night in Toronto having a late Dinner at Bar Hop on trendy King Street West. An excited Fan, Vanessa Elecia posted to Twitter “the proof” even, a rare Group Photo with the two Stars.
McAdams (the sweetest Girl ever!) of course is back in her Hometown after wrapping Thriller, A Most Wanted Man, alongside Philip Seymour Hoffman and Robin Wright. She next will begin work on an untitled Cameron Crowe (Almost Famous) Film which currently Emma Stone and Bradley Cooper also are attached to. About Time, in which she stars opposite Domnhall Gleeson, will be out in time for the Holidays, with its Trailer posted last week here.
Game of Thrones Star Harington as we all know, is filming Paul W.S. Anderson‘s Pompeii and we’ve had the pleasure of spotting him a couple times already in the past month! More on that here.
Before we all jump to conclusions and say they’re totally dating, Onlookers did tell us McAdams and Harington were with a group of Friends and after being seen at Bar Hop, they later were spotted at The Peacock Bar down the street! How is it that McAdams, who’s only here off-and-on throughout the year, knows all the It-Spots and we don’t? *shame*

Who hasn’t fantasized about Time Travel? About Time is a Sci-Fi/Rom-Com about Tim (Domnhall Gleeson) who discovers he has the ability to travel through time, changing things which happen in his own life. He decides to make the World a better place by finding himself a Girlfriend in the insecure and lovely Mary (Rachel McAdams), only for a travel mishap to take place, meaning he’d never met her. He must then find a way to meet her allover again and this time marry her.
About Time is from the same people who brought us Notting Hill, Love Actually and Four Weddings and a Funeral. I love it already. And finally Gleeson gets a chance to shine after years of smaller supporting roles.

Veteran is a fit word to describe Harold Perrineau, whom I spotted today on a walk with Billy through Yorkville!  Along with his lovely Wife Brittany and two of Daughters, Wynter and Holiday. Being the cool Parents they are, their four-year-old Daughter Wynter was spotted rocking an iPad even! And while we’re on the topic of Holidays, that also would be the exact reason the Actor is here in Toronto.
Perrineau is known for his superb Body of Work which includes Lost, Oz, Sons of Anarchy, Zero Dark Thirty, Romeo + Juliet (Director Baz Luhrmann was just in town this week!) and tells me he’s in-town filming Follow-up to Malcolm Lee‘s 1999 Comedy, The Best Man Holiday alongside Morris Chestnut, Eddie Cibrian and Terrence Howard. Howard in fact was spotted last night on Queen Street West supporting a great cause along with Rachel McAdams at Our Future Without Aids, a Benefit organized by the CANFAR Young Professional Council. Meanwhile, Cibrian and Wife LeAnn Rimes were spotted out at Whole Foods earlier in the week before flying back to Los Angeles.
Both Perrineau and his Wife were super-nice to stop and snap a Photo, as he reached over rocker in one hand, handshake with the other.  I am actually looking forward to his portrayal of Sammy Davis Jr. in Inferno, one of two Biopics about Adult Film Actress Linda Lovelace coming soon.
