#FIRSTLOOK: LOST + FOUND IMMERSIVE OPEN WORLD PUZZLE ADVENTURE OPENS JUNE 20, 2026
As concerns around screen time, digital fatigue, and social isolation continue to grow, consumers (especially Gen Z and younger millennials) are increasingly seeking out entertainment that gets them off their phones and into the real world.
Secret City is tapping into that shift with the launch of Lost + Found, Canada’s largest immersive open world puzzle adventure. More about this experience here.
Set across 30 acres at Black Creek Pioneer Village, the immersive experience invites guests to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and interact with live characters as they navigate a real-world adventure. Think escape room meets open-world video game — without the screen.
The attraction reflects a broader trend toward experiential entertainment, the phenomenon of “Digital Detox” and the the resurgence of retro and analog entertainment and the growing need for people to have experiences versus possessions.
