Today, Paramount+ released the official trailer for the enthralling three-part documentary HE SAID, SHE SAID: TILL DEATH DO US PART, which premieres on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 exclusively on Paramount+ in Canada and the U.S. All 3 episodes will be available to stream at launch.

The documentary follows a no-holds-barred custody battle between two high-powered lawyers, which extends beyond the courtroom into social media and the court of public opinion. In this trial by internet, the case goes viral as the public takes sides ignoring the complexities of a troubled marriage.

HE SAID, SHE SAID: TILL DEATH DO US PART is directed and executive produced by Rachel Grady and Heidi Ewing and produced by Mike Sheridan for Loki Films. Executive producers for See It Now Studios are Susan Zirinsky and Terence Wrong, with Aysu Saliba and Cara Tortora serving as supervising producers.
