#FASHION: CODE SEVEN AT NOSTALGIA FEST OCTOBER 31, 2026
CODE SEVEN is an up-and-coming apparel brand, founded by recent university graduate and actor, Kyra Tang.
The brand and founder, being rooted by its creativity and artistic perspective, focuses on streetwear, and y2k
fashion.
Due to the difficult job market, and Tang’s frustrations from being scammed by professionals who seek
to take advantage of young people, she decided to make opportunities for herself. Tang has always been a fan
of fashion and its artform, and decided to start her own business online, selling unique outfit pieces at an
affordable price.
Initially in starting the business, she conducted public meetups for transactions. However, due to the
gradual large influx of orders, Tang had to primarily transition into doing shipments. Now, once having lost a
purpose in life post-graduation, she now dedicates her time to packing orders, hiring models for apparel
shoots, and more.
After receiving feedback from customers, CODE SEVEN is tending to their demand of an in-person
shop. CODE SEVEN will have a pop-up at Nostalgia Fest (199 Rathburn West Road), an event for artists,
collectors, and fashion go-ers – happening this October 31st from 11am-6pm. The brand is excited to share this
news and Tang’s ongoing proactiveness with the world through your platform, with the hopes of motivating and
inspiring recent graduates like herself in the city of Toronto.
