#THEATRE: “CELESTIA” OPENS IN TORONTO NOVEMBER 6, 2026

Following a sold-out summer world premiere in Denver, CELESTIA makes its Canadian debut at The Cathedral Church of St. James, opening to the public tomorrow, Friday, November 6, 2026.

The seated multisensory experience was created specifically for the historic cathedral and unfolds across five acts and 10 scenes, combining 360-degree projection mapping, an original orchestral score and immersive soundscapes. Projections transform the cathedral interior into a living canvas of light, colour, music and sound, offering audiences an entirely new way to experience one of Toronto’s most treasured landmarks.

On select Friday and Saturday evenings, a live vocal ensemble will accompany the musical score, adding another dimension to the experience while celebrating local performers.
