20th Century Studios has released an all-new trailer for “The Devil Wears Prada 2” featuring the original song, “Runway,” performed by Lady Gaga and Doechii.

The cast continues its global tour for the highly anticipated film, with Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway stopping in Tokyo earlier today. A lookbook documenting all the ensembles worn by the cast will be made available following each event and updated throughout the tour. Updates will be uploaded here.

Twenty years after making their iconic turns as Miranda, Andy, Emily and Nigel—Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci return to the fashionable streets of New York City and the sleek offices of Runway magazine in the eagerly awaited sequel to the 2006 phenomenon that defined a generation.

The film reunites the original main cast with director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna, and introduces an all-new runway of characters including Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Patrick Brammall, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, and B.J. Novak. Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman also reprise their roles as “Lily” and “Irv” from the first film.

Yesterday, Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway kicked off the global tour for 20th Century Studios’ “The Devil Wears Prada 2” in Mexico City on the breathtaking grounds of Museo Frida Kahlo (Casa Azul). The Q&A was followed by a fan screening of footage from the film at Museo Anahuacalli, where iconic archival pieces by renowned Mexican designers were presented on a runway inspired by the film. Mexico City was the first stop on a tour that will continue in Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai, followed by the film’s world premiere in New York City and European premiere in London.  

A lookbook documenting all the chic ensembles worn by the cast will be made available following each event and updated throughout the tour. Photos for the Mexico City events are now available for download, in addition to the lookbook and digital assets.

Synopsis:

Based on the acclaimed, contemporary love story of the same name, The Idea of You centers on Solène (Anne Hathaway), a 40-year-old single mom who begins an unexpected romance with 24-year-old Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine), the lead singer of August Moon, the hottest boy band on the planet. When Solène must step in to chaperone her teenage daughter’s trip to the Coachella Music Festival after her ex bails at the last minute, she has a chance encounter with Hayes and there is an instant, undeniable spark.
