On March 24, 2026, the St. CatharinesāLincoln Destination Partnership will officially introduce The More We Get Together, aninitiative centred on Niagaraās food, wine, and hospitality. Invited media and guests will gather in St. Catharines for a day of shared experiences, including tastings, conversations with local chefs, and an exclusive lunch showcasing the regionās culinary talent.
āRooted in place and driven by people, The More We Get Together brings Niagaraās most compelling culinary and craft beverage Tastemakers together to share the stories, flavours, and philosophies shaping St. Catharines and the Niagara Benchlands,ā says Karen Doyle, Tourism Marketing Officer, City of St. Catharines.
The initiative revolves around the diversity, creativity, and quality shaping the regionās evolving food and culture scene ā from locally rooted traditions to more contemporary, experience-driven offerings. Partners include Michelin-recognized restaurants, award-winning wineries, and emerging craft and culinary voices, connecting established excellence with the next generation of Niagara talent.
For visitors and culinary enthusiasts alike, The More We Get Together offers a clear lens into the regionās food and wine landscape, encouraging travellers to gather, taste, and connect with Niagara through shared experiences.
The afternoon will unfold through the voices and craft of some of Niagaraās most celebrated culinary and beverage tastemakers, including Fat Rabbit, Helliwell Hall, Les IncompĆ©tents, The Good Earth Food & Wine Co., and Inn on the Twenty, alongside a curated selection of local wineries hand-picked by Wines of Ontario.
Together, these partners represent the depth and diversity of Niagaraās food and beverage landscape, from farm-driven kitchens and artisanal producers to estate wineries rooted in the Niagara region. Each brings a distinct point of view shaped by place, seasonality, and craft, offering media an authentic, immersive look at the people and philosophies defining Niagaraās culinary identity.
Rooted in togetherness and place, The More We Get Together positions St. Catharines and the Town of Lincoln as a culinary destination worth visiting, able to stand alongside established food cities in Canada and beyond. Consumer-facing events inspired by the initiative are expected to follow in late 2026.
