Curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero, each dish is crafted with precision and paired with thoughtfully selected premium wines and sakes by Beverage Manager and Sommelier Angela Allan. Available during dinner service at Miku Toronto, located at 10 Bay Street, the Late Autumn Kaiseki is priced at $ 175 (plus taxes and gratuity), with an optional wine and sake pairing available for an additional $55 (plus taxes and gratuity).
