#FOOD: CHEF ADRIANO CAPPUZZELLO (REVÉ) X CHEF STEVEN MOLNAR (QUETZAL) COLLABORATION

On December 6, 2026, Revé Chef Adriano Cappuzzello will cook alongside Steven Molnar of Toronto’s Michelin-starred Quetzal for the first time, serving a ten-course blind tasting menu at Revé in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Both chefs cook extensively over fire but come from different culinary traditions. Cappuzzello will bring his Sicilian background and Niagara ingredients to the menu, while Molnar will bring the regional Mexican cooking, house-made masa and Canadian ingredients he is known for at Quetzal.

When: Sunday, Dec. 6, 2026, 6pm
Where: Revé, 242 Mary St., Niagara-on-the-Lake
What: Ten-course blind tasting menu
How much: $240 per guest, excluding wine pairings, beverages, gratuity and HST

Reservations are available through OpenTable under Special Experiences.
