#FIRSTLOOK: TEASER TRAILER FOR “RAILFAN”
New documentary RAILFAN had its world premiere October 24, 2026 at the Rendezvous With Madness festival, and it received a tremendous audience response.
The New York Times ran an article in 2018 about Travis Hugget’s photo series depicting children with autism and their love of the New York City Subway. Filmmaker Ian Daffern used those photos as inspiration and worked with Travis to make RAILFAN.
The film introduces you to the kids and the families who love them. So let Orson, Booker, Marley, Jake, Colin and Mason take you for a ride as they navigate independence, adolescence, and a system that doesn’t slow down for anybody (but maybe we can change that?)
