Today, Disney+ released the official trailer and key art for the Original multi-camera comedy series “Mid-Century Modern,” from prolific creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan and executive producer Ryan Murphy. All 10-episodes will begin streaming Friday, March 28, 2025 exclusively on Disney+ in Canada.
“Mid-Century Modern” follows three best friends – gay gentlemen of a certain age – who, after an unexpected death, decide to spend their golden years living together in Palm Springs where the wealthiest one lives with his mother. As a chosen family, they prove that no matter how hard things get, there’s always someone around to remind you it would be better if you got your neck done.
The comedy features a talented cast, including Nathan Lane as “Bunny Schneiderman”, Matt Bomer as “Jerry Frank”, Nathan Lee Graham as “Arthur” and Linda Lavin as “Sybil Schneiderman”, Bunny’s mother. Pamela Adlon, Vanessa Bayer, Kimberly Coles, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Judd Hirsch, Richard Kind, Stephanie Koenig, Billie Lourd, Esther Moon Wu, Jaime Moyer, Cheri Oteri, Rhea Perlman, Zane Phillips and more guest star.
The series is created by Max Mutchnick and David Kohan (“Will & Grace”) and executive producer Ryan Murphy (“9-1-1,” “American Horror Story,” “Pose”). Nathan Lane and Matt Bomer also star and executive produce the series. James Burrows serves as director.
