HALO TOP CREAMERY just launched in Canada this week and at only 90-1oo calories per serving, you have little to lose by treating yourself.  In fact, we dare you not to finish the entire tub in a sitting. The struggle is real.

We were delighted to be among the first in Canada to try this perfect pint and have tasted what our friends in the U.S. are so emphatic about! Our favourite so far is the Mint Chip and what’s refreshing about it, pardon the pun, is that it isn’t artificial fluorescent green like many of their competitors and they contain real cane sugar. It was light and fluffy and felt substantial without being too, too sweet.
