#FOOD: MIKU X STRATUS VINEYARDS COLLABORATION

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, Miku Toronto (10 Bay St) will host an exclusive seven-course wine dinner in collaboration with Stratus Vineyards, the acclaimed Niagara-on-the-Lake winery. This event will feature a tasting menu curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero, paired with distinguished vintages from Stratus, including the 2015 Stratus Red, Magnums and the 2021 Stratus Chardonnay, Unfiltered and Bottled with Lees. Tickets are priced at $225 per guest (plus taxes & gratuity). Seating is limited, and tickets can be purchased HERE.

Chef Acero has thoughtfully curated a menu that highlights Miku’s signature Aburi-style and Japanese culinary artistry, complemented by pairings selected by Beverage Manager Angela Allan. Guests will experience a seamless harmony of Japanese cuisine and Niagara wines, with each course thoughtfully paired to showcase depth, balance, and elegance.
