An architect turned artist, a chef working in clay and a painter creating fantastical worlds, all at Booth 311! Cry Baby Gallery returns to Art Toronto for its second year, bringing five distinctive creative voices to Booth 311, October 29–November 1, 2026 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Jules Monson: A painter and illustrator from Toronto whose intricately detailed works blend whimsy and baroque influences, transporting viewers into imaginative, otherworldly scenes.
Tamara “Solem” Alissa: A Toronto-based, self-taught multidisciplinary artist with Syrian and Filipina roots. Her sculptural ceramics explore time and preservation, with hand-formed pieces ranging from raw clay vessels to striking cobalt-blue forms.
Giorgio Cecatto: An Italian-born, Toronto-based artist with a background in architecture. He combines digital systems with pen plotting, painting and alternative photography to explore geometry, balance and spatial tension.
Joshua Advincula: A Toronto-born, self-taught artist working across painting, drawing, screen printing and sewing. His practice explores form, figures and negative space through personal experiences and nostalgia.
Ken Yau: A Cantonese chef and ceramic artist who brings his culinary curiosity to clay. At Goji Studio, which he shares with Ashley Tse, he explores the relationship between food and ceramics, creating tableware alongside his culinary experiences.
