On Thursday, May 30th, MIDAS MAN opened the 32nd edition of the Toronto Jewish Film Festival. Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema welcomed guests including director Joe Stephenson. A post-screening Q&A was moderated by TJFF Director of Programming, Stuart Hands.
MIDAS MAN is the emotional, heartfelt and often funny story of how Brian Epstein (played by Jacob Fortune-Lloyd), polished four scruffy lads who were going nowhere and in a matter of months turned them into a global phenomenon. They became better known as The Beatles.
Toronto Jewish Film Festival runs until Sunday, June 9th, 2024 with virtual and in-person screenings.
