#BOXOFFICE: “WONKA” BACK IN TOP SPOT IN FINAL 2023 WEEKEND

WONKA takes top spot at the Box Office in its third weekend with $23 million from 4,115 theatres in the final frame of 2023. To date, it has grossed $143 million domestically for Warner Bros.

AQUAMAN AND THE LOST KINGDOM is second with $19.4 million in its second weekend, a tally of $84.3 million for Warner Bros.

Third goes to MIGRATION with $16.6 million in its second weekend, taking it to $58 million for Universal Pictures.

Fourth is THE COLOR PURPLE with $12 million for Warner Bros., a total of $48 million in its second weekend.

THE BOYS IN THE BOAT rounds out the Top Five with $8.6 million for Warner Bros./Amazon Studios, bringing its tally to $21 million.
