Today we get a new Teaser Trailer for highly-anticipated musical-drama series Daisy Jones & The Six, and announced that the series will premiere exclusively on Prime Video March 3, 2023 with new episodes rolling out weekly every Friday through March 24, 2023. The series will be available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
Based on the best-selling novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Daisy Jones & The Six is a limited musical-drama series detailing the rise and precipitous fall of a renowned rock band. In 1977, Daisy Jones & The Six were on top of the world. Fronted by two charismatic lead singers—Daisy Jones (Riley Keough) and Billy Dunne (Sam Claflin)—the band had risen from obscurity to fame. And then, after a sold-out show at Chicago’s Soldier Field, they called it quits. Now, decades later, the band members finally agree to reveal the truth. This is the story of how an iconic band imploded at the height of its powers.
The series stars Riley Keough as Daisy Jones, Sam Claflin as Billy Dunne, Camila Morrone as Camila Dunne, Will Harrison as Graham Dunne, Suki Waterhouse as Karen Sirko, Josh Whitehouse as Eddie Roundtree, Sebastian Chacon as Warren Rhodes, Nabiyah Be as Simone Jackson, and Tom Wright as Teddy Price, with a special guest appearance by Timothy Olyphant as Rod Reyes.
From Amazon Studios and Hello Sunshine, Daisy Jones & The Six is executive produced by Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter for Hello Sunshine and Brad Mendelsohn for Circle of Confusion. Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber created the series based on the novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid, who also produces. Scott Neustadter is executive producing and co-showrunning with Will Graham, who also serves as an executive producer. James Ponsoldt directed the first five episodes and serves as an executive producer, Nzingha Stewart directed four of the remaining episodes, and Graham directed one.

Premiering tonight, Toronto-filmed Anthology Series ACCUSED delivers 15 juicy stories that explore crimes and trials that might not be what they appear on paper. What’s unique about this Series, based on the BBC One Series of the same name, is that it explores the perspective of the accused and really dives into the gray ethnical and moral areas when situations aren’t always so cut and dry.
Given the course of only 45 minutes to build suspense, tension and resolve it all at a proper pacing and an appropriate complexity, ultimately is the Series’ biggest challenge, but tons of recognizable faces and intriguing, electic plotlines are ACCUSED‘s biggest selling point. Names like Abigal Breslin, Whitney Cummings, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Rachel Bilson, Rhea Pealman, Molly Parker and more star and we can’t wait. Furthermore, names like Billy Porter and Marlee Matlin are behind the lens on some of these episodes.
We were able to preview the first episode, SCOTT’S STORY starring Michael Chiklis, Jill Hennessy and Oakes Fegley which looks at a father standing accused of aiding in his son committing a horrible crime at his school. Chiklis stars as Dr. Scott Corbett who sees the signs in his teenage son Hunter (Fegley) that something is wrong, after having been bullied at school. But is his son capable of being a killer or is this just all in his head? A strong episode, hooking the audience onto episodes ahead in coming weeks, and it becomes a psychological Thriller as we wonder if Scott can trust his own son or not.
AVA’S STORY is next in the Series and is directed by Academy Award-winning Marlee Matlin. The story gives a sympathetic look at the impacts of giving-up a child for a surrogate mother, including post-partum depression and being concerned for the baby’s welfare in the hands of its eventual parents. Matlin does a phenomenal job directing this, especially the deaf Actors who are expressive and emotive.
ROBYN’S STORY showcases a tremendous breakout performance by J. Harrison Ghee as a confident Drag Queen on-stage, yet a reserved man out-of-drag. After getting passionately involved with a closeted man, things get dangerous with dire consequences. And did we mention Porter directed this episode?
More here on ACCUSED, which airs in Canada on Global Television. Episodes air Tuesday nights 9 PM ET.

Frank Walker is my worlds – Horse Racing and Entertainment – converging, but most of all, he is a talented Producer and DJ who quickly is seeing a boost in profile, his Music enabling him the ability to trot the globe. The grandson of Magna International founder and Horse Racing powerhouse Frank Stronach, and son of Belinda Stronach and Donald Walker, could have taken a very different path in life as a successor in his family’s business operations, but thankfully he followed his heart and chose Music.
Walker today debuted his new single, “I GO DANCING (ft. Ella Henderson)“. The melodic Dance Bop is a nod to the Electronic Music he loved, growing-up in the early 2010s and one of his biggest influences is Kygo, whom he is set to tour with. The Song is a result of many WhatsApp messages back and forth, both being Artists being on different sides of the Atlantic.
Signed to Sony Music Canada, you actually already know his Music. Trust me. His “Heartbreak Back (ft. Riley Biederer)” still today is played heavily on Top 40 Radio, along with his Juno-nominated “Only When it Rains (ft. Astrid S)”.
Walker played a packed house at ToyBox, his first Toronto show in three years, timed together with the release of his new single. As a warm-up, he played a live set at Z103.5‘s studio, debuting his track to listeners and getting a unanimous vote of 94% from listeners in favour of the tune being added to the station’s rotation.
This was actually my first time ever meeting Walker, or I may have met him and didn’t even know it, though I have met his family and visited the family’s scenic Adena North property many times. A class act, just like his wonderful family and team who work for them!
So excited for him. His success hasn’t been overnight, he has been working for this a long time!
