“I am often asked how I still have my head on straight after growing up in this industry,” says Hilary. “The album title is my way of answering that question.  It’s luck, but there’s also a lot of weight in the ‘…or something’. Many of the things I’ve been through along the way are held there, and I feel like ultimately that’s what’s shaped me.”

Hilary will herald luck…or something this January with the “Small Rooms, Big Nerves” dates, an instantly SOLD-OUT run of very special live shows marking her first headline concert appearances in over a decade. Presented by Live Nation, the intimate performances kick off January 19, 2026 at London’s historic O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, followed by stops at Toronto, ON’s HISTORY (January 24), New York City’s Brooklyn Paramount (January 27), and Los Angeles, CA’s iconic The Wiltern (January 29). Duff’s sixth studio album, luck…or something will include the acclaimed new single, “Mature,” available everywhere now HERE. Co-written by Duff, her husband, GRAMMY® Award-winning songwriter/producer Matthew Koma (Britney Spears, P!nk), and hitmaker Madison Love (Halsey, Ava Max), the sardonic, shimmering track – which quickly earned over 5M global streams in its first week of release – arrived as a piece of autofiction inspired by romantic misadventures in her formative years. Set against bright pop production and layered with Duff’s signature wit and vulnerability, “Mature” is accompanied by an evocative music video directed by Lauren Dunn (Olivia Rodrigo, Dove Cameron, Saweetie) which has garnered over 2.4M views and counting via YouTube HERE. Celebrating the release of her new single “Mature,” multiplatinum global superstar Hilary Duff will return to the stage for the first time in over a decade with a very special run of intimate live shows in January 2026. The “Small Rooms, Big Nerves” dates kick off January 19 at London’s historic O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, followed by stops at HISTORY in Toronto, ON (January 24), New York City’s brand new Brooklyn Paramount (January 27), and Los Angeles’ iconic Wiltern (January 29).

Fans can sign up for the artist presale now HERE until Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 3pm PT / 6pm ET / 11pm GMT. Synopsis:

In the near future, Sophie (Hilary Duff) is telling her son the story of how she met his father: a story that catapults us back to the year 2021 where Sophie and her close-knit group of friends are in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps and limitless options. 

“How I Met Your Father” is written by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger. Executive producers for the 10-episode series include Aptaker, Berger, Carter Bays, Craig Thomas, Pam Fryman, and Adam Londy. Duff will serve as a producer. “How I Met Your Father” is a production of 20th Television. 

The series stars Hilary Duff, Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, Suraj Sharma as well as recurring stars, Kim Cattrall, Daniel Augustin, Ashley Reyes and Josh Peck.

HOW I MET YOUR FATHER will premiere with two episodes on March 9, 2022 exclusively on Disney+ under the Star banner, with new episodes streaming weekly.

It’s been a long minute since Hilary Duff‘s brought us some new Music and we’re LOLing hard at the brand new Music Video for the Track which truly shows her personality. The light, breezy Track isn’t anything too remarkable, we’ll be honest, but we’re just happy to hear her back. It is her first release under RCA Records/Sony Music after a long, prosperous relationship with Hollywood Records/Universal Music.  The awesome Toby Gad partners with Duff on the Tune.

#SPOTTED: HILARY DUFF IN TORONTO FOR DURACELL’S “POWERING HOLIDAY SMILES” INITIATIVE FOR SICKKIDS

26-year-old Multimedia Mogul Hilary Duff is back in Toronto doing good for our City!  Although traditionally she has visited in December  in recent years to spend some quality time with BFF, E! Television Personality Leah Miller, Duff will be at SickKids Hospital later today handing-out toys to Children as part of Duracell‘s Powering Holiday Smiles Initiative.   The Campaign donates funds generated from battery purchases, towards  the Children’s Miracle Network.  Learn more about it here.

The hopelessly-chic Duff arrived at CITY‘s Breakfast Television today to chat with Dina Pugliese, donning festive gold polka dots on her black blouse. “I’m lucky I have  a name will people pay attention to and get to raise awareness for important causes like this for people going through a hard time, spending their holidays in the Hospital”, says Duff. “Anything for a smile!”.

2014 finally will see new Music from Duff, her first Disc in five years. “I’m finally at a good place where I know the direction. I’m writing  a lot and purging everything that’s been inside these five years.”.    The Album is slated for a Spring 2014 release, of which six Indie-Dance oriented Songs already have been recorded.  She also vows to return to Toronto to promote when the time comes!

Despite calling Toronto her second home, the Mother of 20-month-old Luca plans to spend the Holidays at home in Los Angeles with her Canadian Husband, retired Hockey Star Mike Comrie.

Although at least 50 Fans queued outside hoping to meet Duff outside the Studio, queueing in the cold as early as 6:00 AM, only a few were lucky enough to get a Snap with the style-conscious Star, wearing brightly her trademark smile for Fans.

Digging-back a couple years, I had the pleasure of meeting a radiant Duff while Holiday Shopping this day two years ago, while she was still pregnant with Luca!
