About Alex Warren
Burgeoning pop artist Alex Warren is one of 2025âs breakout stars worldwide. Now boasting over 5.6 billion total career streams and over 53M monthly listeners on Spotify, his hit single âOrdinary,â released in February, is certified 3x Platinum by RIAA and taking over the world. With over 2 billion streams and counting, the song remained at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 10 weeks and is the top selling song released in 2025 in the US by total units. It also spent 10 weeks as #1 on the Billboard Global 200 songs chart & Global 200 EX US chart and 13 weeks at #1 on the UK songs chart. âOrdinaryâ also hit 16 weeks at #1 on US Pop Radio breaking the record for the longest reign ever on that chart. Off the heels of the success of âOrdinary,â Warren released his album Youâll Be Alright, Kid in July. The album features all the songs on Youâll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), released last fall, alongside 10 entirely new tracks. Amongst these new tracks are Warrenâs smash hit âOrdinary,â âBloodline (with Jelly Roll),â and âOn My Mind (with ROSE)â. While Youâll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1) focuses on dealing with grief, Youâll Be Alright, Kid turns the page with healing, resilience, and optimism. After a difficult childhood marked by both of his parentsâ untimely deaths and a period of homelessness as a teen living in his car, Alex channeled his pain into his art and through his songwriting. The album debuted top 5 on the Billboard 200 chart and dominated across charts globally appearing #1 in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Norway.
Alex has delivered soul bearing performances, making his award show debut at the 2025 American Music Awards and most recently taking the stage at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. He also made his late-night television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performed with Ed Sheeran in an underplay at Coachella and joined Jelly Roll during Stagecoach. Adding to his accolades, Alex was named Billboardâs January Chartbreaker with his track âBurning Downâ with Joe Jonas joining for a reimagined version. The single marked Alexâs first time breaking onto the Billboard Hot 100, has now amassed over 185 million streams, and reached #1 on the global charts in 8 countries. Alex follows his record-breaking success with live shows as he continues his sold out, headlining âCheaper Than Therapyâ Global Tour, hitting 47 cities across Europe and North America.
In 2024, Warren released Youâll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), which instantly skyrocketed onto charts around the world. The album is further highlighted by Warrenâs global success with another standout platinum certified track, âCarry You Home,â which has garnered over half a billion streams worldwide. Known for his vulnerable pop melodies, passionate vocals, and lyrical candor, Warren has won over fans with these deeply personal singles. He was named to People Magazineâs list of âTalented Emerging Artists Making Their Markâ, Sirius XMâs Artist Accelerator Program, named one of 2025âs artists to watch by both Tidal and Amazon Music and named an iHeart Radio âOn The Vergeâ artist. He recently won international breakthrough at the NRJ awards and is currently nominated for most popular international artist for ARIA awards.

Alongside âOn My Mind,â Alexâs new album Youâll Be Alright, Kid will feature all the songs on Youâll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), released last fall, and 11 entirely new tracks. Amongst these new tracks are Warrenâs chart-topping, global smash âOrdinaryâ and âBloodline (with Jelly Roll)â. The majority of the album is co-written by Alex Warren, Cal Shapiro, Mags Duval and produced by Adam Yaron. While Youâll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1) focuses on dealing with grief, Youâll Be Alright, Kid turns the page with healing, resilience, and optimism.

The smash hit spends its third week at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is currently #1 across the Global 200 Ex US, Top 40 Radio, Hot AC Radio, UK Songs Chart and Spotify Global Top 50. âOrdinaryâ was not only Warrenâs first top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, but it also makes him the first male soloist to earn an initial Hot 100 #1 this year.
âOrdinaryâ spent 12 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the UK chart. This marks the longest running No.1 in the UK by a US male solo act in OCC chart history and the longest running No. 1 of the 2020s. 23-year-old Singer-Songwriter and Creator ALEX WARREN is a star on the rise. After garnering a massive following on TikTok and Instagram, Warren signed to Warner Music in 2021. He continually has been putting out music, with single “Save You a Seat” really connecting with audiences, getting a gold certification this past week!
Warren is currently touring and popped into Toronto for an intimate showcase at Warner Music Canada‘s offices where he performed the aforementioned track and a cover of “Dancing on my Own”. Though battling a cold, Warren still was a trooper doing a day of press and a performance. He also did a Q&A with Shannon Burns from Virgin Radio, followed by a meet and greet with guests.
Her certainly loves his expletives, but speaks candidly like an old friend, discussing his love of Beaver Tails, disdain for the CN Tower Edgewalk, and also his upcoming wedding. It’s little wonder why so many connect to him!
