ADDISON RAE is a new exciting breed of Pop Star, having found fame by route of TikTok, parlaying her success and recognition now into Music and Acting! The Louisiana-born Entertainer has been selling-out stops of her debut tour, THE ADDISON TOUR, which stopped off at Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum, was no exception to that. Rae drew a full house, dazzling the mostly-twenty-something crowd with scintillating choreography and her girl-next-door charm, palpably humble and appreciative.
ADDISON, her 2025 debut on Columbia Records/Sony Music Entertainment peaked at number four on the U.S. Billboard Hot 200, faring well internationally as well, thanks to her smash hit “Diet Pepsi”. The Album similarly received critical acclaim, with Critics applauding its clear vision and cohesiveness.
We adore Rae and while many were skeptical, we’ve always been supportive. In fact her ADDISION album still remains on high-rotation in an era where Pop Stars often are shying away from melodies and intricate choreography. She is reminiscent of that late ’90s Pop Renaissance.
We are thrilled to have witnessed Rae live and she was everything we thought she would be, bringing an infectious energy and playful seductiveness to the stage, which made her hour-long set go by rapidly. Rae is no stranger to the City, having filmed Eli Roth‘s THANKSGIVING in and around the City back in 2023.
Rae also currently stars in the Netflix‘s #1-ranking series MONSTERS: THE ED GEIN STORY. Things couldn’t possibly going better for her this year!

Is that Cranberry Sauce or blood? Those of us who loved 2007’s GRINDHOUSE will have very fond memories of this mock Horror Trailer from Eli Roth. THANKSGIVING, co-written together with Jeff Rendell and directed by Roth, is now in production in and around Greater Toronto. The Film is a Holiday Horror set during Thanksgiving, where a slasher visits a small Massachussetts town with intention to make a carvery out of the town and its inhabitants.
See below for the idea that started it all!
Production recently head to Hamilton and then to Port Perry where we were able to see filming take place along its charming downtown Queen Street district. Filming is headed next to Pickering as well. The Horror stars Patrick Dempsey, Nell Verlaque, Rick Hoffman, Gina Gershon, Milo Manheim and TikTok sensation Addison Rae.
Rae drew huge crowds of teens from a nearby high school to watch filming and loud cheers could be heard errupting as she came over to say “hi” to her young fans and stopping for Selfies. We bet Port Perry hasn’t ever gotten this lucky in a bit! Hell, it’s been a while since Toronto’s gotten anything this cool! Dempsey was spotted being friendly in-character as a deputy, outside a Canada Post location transformed into a police station.
Production wraps April on THANKSGIVING, and Sony Pictures is set to release. Wondering if its release might be timed around turkey season?! It
