#FOOD: CRAIG’S COOKIES LAUNCH TWO NEW LIMITED-TIME FLAVOURS – PANCAKE AND STRAWBERRY MATCHA

Toronto’s home-grown cookie company, Craig’s Cookies, is celebrating the back half of February with two new limited-time feature flavours that honour tradition, culture, and community through something sweet.

From February 15–28, 2026, Craig’s Cookies is introducing the new Pancake Cookie in celebration of Pancake Tuesday. Made with Craig’s classic chocolate chip dough, stuffed with freshly baked in-house pancakes and dusted with maple sugar, this cookie is only complete when dipped in pancake syrup (served on the side). Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, it tastes just like a fresh stack of pancakes in cookie form.

To celebrate Lunar New Year, Craig’s Cookies is launching its Strawberry Matcha Cookie. Made with fragrant matcha powder, creamy white chocolate chips, and mixed with strawberries for good luck, it offers the perfect balance of sweet and earthy flavours in a festive tribute to the season.
