Things I love to see.My website mrwillwong.com crashed repeatedly during tiff50 with a huge surge in traffic. Literally by day 8 of the Festival we already surpassed what we get normally in our busy Septembers.I called today to upgrade so that this doesn't happen again and the gentleman on the phone asked, "Did you go viral or something? Congrats!".Extremely proud of the team. In a changing media landscape where being "media" means you are now fighting to be seen in amidst a crowded sea of influencers, I have had to learn to be competent at both. This is neither good nor bad, but it is the reality of the landscape now. I never foresaw myself doing reels about food or diarizing my life in videos but it is now by day-to-day.Working three times as hard as I did a few years ago, but it is rewarding to see it quantified.Thanks for all your love and support! #BOXOFFICE: “ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER” WINS THE FIGHT IN OPENING

Paul Thomas Anderson‘s ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER debuts atop the Box Office with $22.4 million from 3,635 theatres for Warner Bros. What is looking like an early frontrunner for Best Picture, this gets a stellar 97% on the Tomatometer.

In second is GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE: THE MOVIE with $13.5 million from 3,500 theatres for Universal Pictures, coming in with a solid 79% on the Tomatometer.

Third is THE CONJURING: LAST RITES with $7.5 million in its fourth weekend, a tally of $161.7 million for Warner Bros.

DEMON SLAYER: INFINITY CASTLE is in fourth with $6.4 million for Sony Pictures, a total $117 million grossed domestically.

THE STRANGERS: CHAPTER 2 debuts with $5.2 million from 2,690 theatres for Cineplex Pictures and Lionsgate. 15% on the Tomatometer for this Horror sequel.
