A special two-night culinary collaboration is happening at Silent H. On May 6 and 7, 2026, Chef Gerardo Álvarez will welcome Chef Rodrigo Rivera-Río of Koli Cocina de Origen, a Michelin-recognized restaurant in Monterrey, for an intimate eight-course dining experience. Each chef will present four courses from their own kitchen, served side by side, offering two distinct expressions of Northern Mexican cuisine without fusion or compromise.
With Cinco de Mayo approaching, this is an opportunity to celebrate it with some authentic Mexican cuisine, the evolution of fine dining from Mexico to Toronto, and a unique dining experience in the city.
