#FOOD: RUDY ANNOUNCE LIMITED RUN “THE HOLLY JOLLY VALENTINO”
Canada’s beloved independent cheeseburger chain, is getting into the holiday spirit with a new, limited edition menu item that reimagines a fan favorite: The Holly Jolly Valentino.
The new seasonal sandwich is a festive remix of their popular Valentino Chicken Sandwich, loaded with holiday flavours. The star of the show remains RUDY’s delicious pickle-brined chicken, coated in a proprietary blend of top-secret herbs and spices. Fried to crispy, golden-brown perfection and stacked on a soft potato bun with a medley of festive fixings: fried onions, savory sage stuffing, and plenty of tart & tangy cranberry sauce.
“We were inspired by our favourite Christmas movies,” says owner Luke McCann, of the R&D phase which began in August. “The Holly Jolly Valentino is pure comfort food. It’s Christmas dinner you can hold in your hand.”
